In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Ku (4/5): Upgrade the facility of the hotel - Good value for money The water heater wasn’t working, so there was no hot water during my stay. The blanket was torn and not replaced. The poolside floor is peeling, and overall cleanliness and hygiene could be improved. Hope the management can look into these issues.

Once open the room, unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. The toilet clean but smelly. Had to close the door if not the odour will fill the whole room. Breakfast is meh. Not worth the money.

Sui (5/5): good for a quick and desperate stay - We had to book this hotel at a very last minute . The rate is fair. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. Location is good at central of everything. We could hear loud song that was blasted from the nearby pub(not too sure from where) . Luckily we were high up on the floor. Hotel room is big, however, it is not very clean. Water from the shower is at very low pressure and water heater is not hot. The sheet and pillow were not super clean

Nik (7/5): BOLEY LAA - The staff are friendly, from the receptionist to the hotel guard and the kitchen, everyone was nice. The food was great too. First, the hotel interior design needs to be updated for the customers safety. My room had a broken interior and luckily my children were not hurt. Second, they don't have a baby-friendly washroom or changing room at the swimming pool.

Nurul (3/5): Will definitely won't come back again!! - Location in the centre of Ipoh Staff not friendly, no aircond at lobby, breakfast spread with not much choices. Reached hotel at 8pm. Welcome with unfriendly young women staff. When i entered the room, there is no TV's remote. I asked for the remote once i go out at 9pm. And they asked if housekeeping can enter room to send and i answer YES! I came back at 12am, no remote been send. Called operator, housekeeping, reception even security. No one pick up. Go don't and the security assist. They came to the room and tried few remote that is obviously can't as the TV brand is different. They told me just wait they need to go to housekeeping to take the remote, wait until 3am and they are not coming back!! That's bad when u keep people waiting and didn't pick up the phone when guest is calling! Looby got no aircond, even at lift area and inside the lift got no aircond! Parking is not stroller friendly from carpark. I even have to carry the stroller as there is few steps to climb. Breakfast spread also they only have toast, sunny side egg, mee hoon goreng, plain porridge, watermelon and some cakes! That's all. 2nd day, we didn't go for their breakfast and just check out early to have breakfast outside.

Tan (10/5): Very nice, and Enjoy. Will stay here again if next time visit Ipoh - 1. The room was very nice and big. Very special layout and design that comes with bathtub and see through glasses 2. The Buffet Breakfast was nice, stay at here 3 night, every day breakfast main course will change little bit. And also when the portion empty , the staft refill it very quickly, nice service 3. The perfect location for nearby the Ipoh parade, and some cafe, souvenir store and Ipoh famous location, just few min drive will arrived. the Parking area, too dim and lack of carpark slot.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the last fifty years. Don’t touch this hotel with a bargepole. It is vile. Just about everything.
