Guest Reviews
- Sue (1/5): A disaster. Grotty terrace house reporting to be a US embassy house. The bedding was awful the bathroom had a lock on i - Nothing Everything.
- Khushboo (4/5): very unfortable - Location The room was very small for two people and there was no area to walk in the room. It was very uncomfortable. The condition of bed was also not good.

- Halsall (2/5): OK internet but absolutely vile digjusting bed linen. - Then internet was OK. The toilet is not private and you have to go out of the room to use it which not good as it is advertised as private!
There were hairs on my pillow and a stain on my sheet and when I used my ultraviolet light all of these stains showed up!

- John (2/5): Wouldn't book, not recommended - Reasonably clean and easily accessible. Tiniest room I've ever booked. Couldn't open wardrobe due to bed too close. Noise from everywhere else in house was awful. "Private bathroom" didn't feel private (and not sure it was). Had code for door, so anyone with code could have entered whilst in there. Had to walk communal ground floor (entry) corridor to get to it. Description was definitely very misleading. Also, says wireless internet, but nothing available that I could find. Only noticed on door was about extra cleaning at additional cost. Bed wasn't put together solidly, either, mattress was awfully soft, and pillows the cheapest, limpiest pillows ever.
- Osayande (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ananya (1/5): Bad - The room was extremely small and there was no place to walk at all. There was not even water kept in the room and when I called the owner, she told me to get the electric kettle filled from the wash room. The basin in the wash room was so small that I couldn't even fit the kettle inside it to fill it. So literally I was left without water the entire night. I did request her to provide me with water and I was ready to pay for it but she denied immediately. I have booked apartments in London so many times and they have been pretty decent but this is one of my worst experiences till date.
Also I had to call 4 times to all the 3 owners before I could get through to them.
The only good thing about the accommodation was its location. It's very close to the US embassy, just an 8 min walk.
- Holly (1/5): Bad -
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Lisbeth (7/5): Good - I liked how clean was the room . I didn’t like the small it was the room, it is only for 1 person. It was hard for us to load out luggages
- Olateju (1/5): Bad - Too small for comfort. I couldn't stay , I had to book another hotel No staff to contact, we were looking for the entrance , it wasn't the best I wanted.
- Omolaja (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhonella (10/5): Host was very kind and accommodating, bed was very comfy. - The property is easy to locate considering it is very near the station and fast food chains. It’s not that I didn’t like it but I just noticed that the fan was somewhat broken(?) but maybe I was wrong
- Adeyemi (6/5): The location, smooth check in and staff’s promptness made up for our overall experience - Location was perfect. Check in was smooth as well. Staff was prompt and very helpful, they literally made a little video for check in which was extremely helpful. No accessible kitchen, room is extremely small, the bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom was outside the room, you literally have to walk down the hallway. And there was a camera on the hallway which makes it’s less private as you have to dress properly while going to the bathroom cos you don’t want to be caught on camera with just a towel on you. My wife wasn’t comfortable with it. You also had to use a lock code on every door every single time . That was a bit stressful.
- Tero (6/5): Pleasant - Finding the place. It was not clearly marked and there were untended garden shrubbery blocking the view to the door. The phone line to the receptionist was very bad.
- Deepak (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debbie (10/5): lovely in every way - the staff are so lovely and helpful me me feel safe and at ease with my journey and stay can't thank them enough
- Anushka (4/5): Disappointing -
- Alan (1/5): Nine Elms disaster - It was clean. That is all I can say on the positive side. Handy to Nine Elms underground. It was a very tiny room, not enough room even for a chair. The room didn't have the bathroom attached, we had to walk out into the corridor to access it. My wife has bladder problems and on one occasion she had to get up at 2am in the morning, go out into the hallway, enter a PIN to access the bathroom. We did ask to change rooms but the host told us they were fully booked and could not assist. We had to keep the curtains closed, we were on the ground floor next to a thoroughfare route. It was hot in the room, like a sauna, very difficult to sleep. We left the property after 2 days of suffering. We have never had this problem with Booking.com before. Very, very disappointed and angry. The accommodation was cramped, hot, uncomfortable, badly placed by a walk route. We will never go there again and would ask for some compensation or refund as we had to go elsewhere.
- Claire (8/5): Clean and comfortable in great location - Ease of check in. Comfortable room. Clean bathroom, room and communal areas. No complimentary tea, coffee, sugar or milk. Would have preferred en-suite bathroom rather than separate.
- Marilyn (7/5): The room was for only one person - The location and it was clean and modern The room was too small and the bathroom was out of the room. The mattress was not comfortable
- Chloe (8/5): Very good -
- Mittu (8/5): Very good - It was a decent room with all the requirements. It was good.
