• Rosario González Blanco (6/5): No es lo que parece en las fotos - Cerca de la playa. Espacioso Nada es lo que parece en las fotos, que han pasado por un filtro para parecer más nuevo y mejor. Pintura en mal estado, muebles viejos, pantallas en la terraza que impiden ver el mar, que es su mejor baza... y el desayuno, opcional por 12 euros muy básico y sin mucha calidad. • OMAR (9/5): Séjour paisible face à la mer - Appartement en front de mer. Emplacement idyllique, calme et privilégié. Accès à l’appartement entièrement indépendant, garantissant intimité et confort. Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est que l’appartement aurait besoin de certaines améliorations. Une partie du mobilier nécessite d’être renouvelée et, de manière générale, le logement manque d’entretien. Cela dit, ce point n’est pas vraiment déterminant si l’on recherche avant tout un endroit calme pour se déconnecter, loin du bruit de la ville.

• Kiseleva (8/5): Большой дом - Огромный дом, рядом пляж, парковка. Дом не новый, обставлен раритетом, нам очень понравился интерьер. Большой телик, удобные диваны и кровать. Отличный интернет 🛜 Горячая вода ограничена, напор слабый. В доме прохладно.

• Chaimae El (10/5): Warm Host & Beautiful Location - The place was spotless and truly felt like home. The host was very attentive, super friendly, and genuinely cares about his guests. The location was perfect — a bit remote, but that was exactly what we enjoyed. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was wonderful, and the beach just a short walk away was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
• Elena (2/5): Great location, but unfortunately everything else falls short. - This apartment has great potential, but sadly it is far from delivering the value you expect for the price. In its current state, I would not recommend staying here. Positives: • Excellent position – right in front of the beach, with only a quiet secondary road in between. • Beautiful sea view and the sound of the waves from the room and balcony. • Natural ventilation kept the temperature comfortable. • Large, functional fridge – unfortunately, almost the only thing in the kitchen that worked properly. • Supply of clean, good-quality towels. However, if you’ve been to Morocco before, you know that beaches are not always clean – and this one is no exception. Why the property didn’t work for us: 1. Air conditioning & humidity issues • One of the main reasons we booked was for air conditioning, but it was switched off and not working. • Only the main bedroom and living room have units – not the smaller twin room. • We wanted it on to reduce the dampness in the apartment (the smell was strong, especially in the wardrobes), but the owners insisted it was “not needed.” While natural ventilation kept the temperature fine, it did not solve the humidity or odour problem. 2. Bathrooms in very poor condition • Both bathrooms were without windows – which made the bad odours from a clogged sink and from used toilet paper stored in bins even more intense. • The clogged sink (which we found from the start) produced a terrible smell. The owners told us to “just use the other bathroom” instead of fixing it. • Water pressure was extremely low, and at times there was no water at all (owners blamed renovation work downstairs). • Showers took a long time because of the weak flow, and temperature could not be adjusted properly – it was either faint cold or too hot. • Fixtures were loose, and in the second bathroom the shower was practically non-functional. We ended up using only one shower. • At night, large cockroaches (6–7 cm) and other unpleasant bugs came out of the bathroom drain and ran through the apartment, scaring our daughter and keeping us awake. 3. Wi-Fi not working • Connection was so poor we had to use our Italian mobile data to deal with a work emergency, costing us extra. • When we asked for help, the owners said it was a problem with our devices (we tried iPhone, Android, and PC – all had the same issue). 4. Cleanliness & maintenance • The apartment feels neglected, with many broken or badly repaired items/ furniture/walls. • Kitchenware and utensils were dirty and had to be rewashed before use. • All six tea cups were chipped. • Gas stove worked poorly.
