• Natan (8/5): Scenic Stay with Sydney CBD Access - This is a charming and well-appointed spot, ideal for two small families or a group of friends. One of its standout features is the nearby boat wharf, offering a scenic and convenient 30-minute ride to Sydney CBD. The property boasts stunning views and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, making it excellent value for money. On top of that, the host is gracious and attentive, with smooth and friendly communication throughout. The property could benefit from some renovation and additional upkeep, as a few pieces of furniture are squeaky and certain appliances aren’t working properly. Also worth noting - there’s no air conditioning, only fans, which made the space feel a bit warm even during spring. I imagine it could get quite uncomfortable in the peak of summer.
• Rayzer (10/5): Very enjoyable stay, great location with stunning views of harbour. Transport handy. - View of the harbour right through to the bridge was special from the balcony. Heaps of room for our family of 5adults 2 children and beds were super comfortable. Short walk to ferry terminal which made transport to CBD easy. Pool is nice although we weren't there in swimming weather. Lounge could be more comfortable but all good.

• Avneet (2/5): - Location and views from the house was fantastic. Lots of sunlight. Water leakage in the cupboards. Leakage in the living room. Mould in the bathroom shower. Messy linen cupboards. Door was damaged

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent view, very spacious, balcony area, 3 minute walk to the Abbotsford sailing club. The sliding doors didn't match up to close, we realized there was a latch at the bottom at the last minute

• Kellie (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. The townhouse was far more spacious than we were expecting. Harbour views in a quiet location and a quick walk to the ferry terminal, which made it very easy to get around. Friendly and prompt communication from the hosts. The lounge was quite outdated and uncomfortable. Only had 2 drinking glasses (Did have mugs though)
• Donna (8/5): Stunning views and comfortable beds, but in need for renovation. - Stunning views across the water to the harbour bridge. Quiet area with off street parking. Incredibly comfortable beds, huge outside deck looking across the water and ample facilities. Communication for check in was late and had to call for instructions. Very dark with no lighting as there are signs up inside the property to turn outside lights off at night so it made finding the place and gaining access very difficult in the dark. Two spiral staircases of approx 20 steps each up from garage. Requested information on the stairs for accessibility prior to booking but requests went unanswered, booked and then found there were more stairs than anticipated. My elderly mother struggled and it was difficult to carry cases and bags up two flights of stairs. Shower door was hanging off in main ensuite on arrival and subsequently stuck closed with my mother in the shower. Had to remove shower panel to get her out. Previous review on linen cupboard being untidy and not representing cleanliness clearly had not been addressed. Couches were uncomfortable so we mainly sat on deck. We had an ant problem in the kitchen with ants crawling all over the benches. For the price it really does need a good renovation.

• Jaison (10/5): Very spacious house with an amazing waterfront harbour bridge view - The property is very spacious with the most beautiful wide water front view. Very bright sunlit living/dining room. This place provided us with all amenities we needed for our short family vacation. Kitchen had enough cutlery and plates to suffice our extended family of 10. They provided us bathroom amenities in surplus- shampoo conditioner body wash etc. This place is also very convenient to visit Sydney CBDas there is a ferry terminal just 2 min walk from house. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anybody. Nothing

It was dirty, cupboard doors didn’t shut because of how linen was thrown in. Not enough glasses and equipment for the amount of guests for the accomodation. Lounge was old and very uncomfortable. You did t want to eat there because of how dirty it felt. Lights didn’t work, coat hangers were broken. I had a used dental floss on the floor in our bedroom amongst the rubbish and dirt on the floor

Gives you the option to stay in or go out. Our large group of girls loved it! Unfortunately, it rained quite heavily so we didn't utilise the pool and the views were pretty but rainy; amazing despite the wet!

• Bree (8/5): Great stay in a very comfortable apartment on the Parramatta River. - Awesome views and plenty of room. The tv was enormous and the coffee supplied was fantastic. Bathrooms need an update and two toilet seats were held together with gaffer tape.

The bed needs to be cleaned properly, it looked like the sheets weren't changed. Was a little confused as we thought we booked the whole house, however it was just the upstairs available to stay.
