Guest Reviews
A felszereltség lehetett volna jobb.

- Maria (10/5): Location location location! Clean and bright! - Great location! Nice apartment, spacious and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding in bedrooms.
Host was nice and let us check out a bit later as we had a late night flight.
Overall it is a nice place to stay and I would consider to return in future if visit Rome. The sofa is not very comfortable and short for adult but still ok.
- Sofia (7/5): -
- Victoria (10/5): Estadía perfecta.! - Ubicación perfecta !!
- James (9/5): I would stay here again. - It was on a beautiful street. Staff were very responsive.
- Fritzie (10/5): Exceptional - Strategically located - easy access to shops, tourist attraction and resto coffee machine and capsules are not available 😪
- Hodson (8/5): Very good -
- Mary (10/5): It was a great place to stay when in Rome. Walking distance to most places. Nice restaurant downstairs and a cafe. Would - It’s very clean and spacious. Central location. Good WiFi connection The cellular signal isn’t great if ur using your data.
- Pietro (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great, the apartment is a good size Host is completely absent. They have a system for keyless entry and will answer messages on booking.com but when called at the mobile number provided won't pick up the phone. 10.00am sharp we have been pushed out by a cleaner una rude manner. They have no provisions to keep luggage or for extending the checkout even by just half hour. Too expensive for this totally absent service.
- Mélanie (7/5): Good -
- Irina (6/5): Manageable - Access to the apartment is done via an app and some codes and can be difficult if the internet is unavailable. The network doesn't work in the building (no 5G, 4G, or 3G, no data at all), so you rely on the apartment’s Wi-Fi connection and hope it works. The door appeared extremely fragile, and the doorknob (with the code entry system) looked like it was about to fall off at any moment—hardly reassuring for security. The coffee machine didn’t work (and yes, we know how to operate it). There was a lot of dust on some of the shelves, which the host or cleaning staff may have assumed would go unnoticed. There was a bin for separating garbage, but no explanation of the color codes. It was cold, and the heater didn’t work properly—it turned on by itself, not when we wanted it to, and not at the temperature we set. We managed to find some heavier blankets in an overcrowded wardrobe (a baby cot fell on my feet when I opened the wardrobe door). Some of the furniture looked really old and worn out, while some pieces seemed like the lowest quality from IKEA. The reason why I am posting this is because I looked at the reviews when I booked the apartment and they were actually good. I would not go there again and I would not recommend it to my friends.

- Nina (9/5): We had an amazing extended weekend in Rome, many thanks! - We had an amazing stay and can very much recommend the apartment.
What we loved is how quiet the apartment was and yet directly next to the shopping mile of Via Corso. The beds were great and all the electric appliances were excellent, on a very high standard.
Also the division of the rooms was perfect, with a spacious modern bathroom. We didn't appreciate the registration process on Vikey.it as you have to upload fotos of ID of all guests plus a foto of your ID next to your face plus your credit card details to pay the city tax. We understand however that this is practical for the owners as this way the process and key system are fully automated. You then don't get a key but can unlock gate below and apartment door via the phone.
The location is incredible with Via Corso right next door, but it is a bit further to walk to the sites (Vatican 30' on foot, Coliseum and Forum Romanum also 30'+. The Metro station Spagna is about 7' walk, as are Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish Stairs)
Equipment: Small things were missing like a bowl to make a salad or cups large enough for tea or a bigger coffee (only espresso cups). A few more glasses would have been practical as well. Or a small coffee table in the living-room next to the couch.
- Rox (8/5): Very comfortable stay in the heart of Rome - The apartment is large enough for 2 couples and it is in a great location, it is well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had really hot showers. The place is perfect for a 3-4 day stay to explore the wonderful city of Rome. The building is beautiful and there is a lovely little caffe downstairs for coffee and croissants. We enjoyed our stay, just a minute away from Via del Corso! Check in instructions were provided clearly and we had to unlock door using a key code which was alternative no. 2. The first alternative provided was opening the apartment door using wifi but the building is so massive that there is no Internet signal available when arriving at the location. It was ok but not the smoothest, fastest check in when you arrived there after a day of travelling. I would still recommend this place.
On certain mornings they would collect the garbage, so it was occasionally loud around 6:00 am in the bedroom facing the little street.

- Diana (10/5): Great ! I will book it again - Location ist Perfect , central , you can reach all tourist attractions just by walking . The apartment was extremely clean , renovated, the bathroom was also renovated and they thought about everything : we had a bit of water , coffee , tea . Downstairs are 2 restaurants . The Internet connection was very good and the host via mail very nice and helpful . There is a washing Maschine. All in all , we will book it again I , personally, do not mind , but because of the good location , it is noisy in the night .
- Duffy (9/5): Superb - Great spot, close to restaurants and attractions. Well set up apartment. Definitely recommend The entry to the apartment could be way less complicated
- Maja (8/5): Very good - Great localisacion, very neat and spacious apartment, nice and approachable host! A bit loud at night, quite complicated check in, problems with mobile internet (although it was fine once connected to apartment wi-fi)
- Anonym (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great for any sightseeing trip! Restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are nearby. Everything in walking distance. Apartment is nice, beds comfortable, bathroom looks new and has the best water pressure I ever had in any apartment in Rome, kitchen is also great.
Thank you! I would choose this apartment again because it was a really nice stay!! :) It's a little bit noisy if the people from the pub downstairs are outside but that's normal city noise. The registration process is a little complex as you need a lot of details from every person who stays there, but I guess that is related to Italian law and cannot be made more easily.
- Emil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Αναστασία (10/5): Excellent location, clean and safe neighbourhood. - Sometimes we did not have internet so we had to wait and connect with the WIFI to enter the appartment
- Kapil (8/5): A clean and spacious apartment with excellent interior - Design and ambience Was perfect for our stay
- Keishla (1/5): Unresponsive host - Location We did not like how the host treated us by ignoring an urgent inquiry due to an unsafe situation we had during our first night in the apartment. We had a random person trying to get into the apartment, claiming it had been sent by the "agency", and was trying to force the door. We contacted the host, but never received a response. We can't recommend this place to anyone because the host is unreliable and unresponsive. No guest shall be ignored by any host in any situation.
- Charlotte (9/5): A fantastic find and would highly recommend staying here. - This was a great place to stay as it was so central. The hosts were very helpful and the flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.
- Wayne (9/5): Superb - Spacious 2 bed apartment w comfy sofa bed in the Northern end of Roma close to everything perfect for family N/A
- Joanne (9/5): A spacious airconditioned comfortable apartment. We recommend it. - Excellent location in a quiet, convenient residential street within walking distance to everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, functional and comfortable. Communication with our host was very good, while initially online we were personally greeted at the property and shown around. Our host kindly booked a taxi for us to return to the airport and made sure the driver knew exactly where we needed to go. We would choose to stay here again if we have the good fortune to return to Rome. Nothing
- Marlene (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, walking distance to all attractions. Very comfortable and clean.
- Violeta (9/5): Superb - Very good location, walking distance from all important monuments. A bit noisy street.
- Chandrika (10/5): The house is well maintained. Has a great host and is perfect for a family holiday. - It is in an amazing location. The host was very prompt to respond and ensured we had all we needed to make our stay great. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to explore Rome. Will surely be back with my family.

- Anat (10/5): Highly recommended - Great location, just near the via de La Corso yet a quiet street. The apartment is well equipped and designed, clean and tidy. We loved it. Dario was very kind and helpful. We will sure be back.
- Landia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (10/5): The stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you. - The apartment was perfect, beautiful decor, very clean and organized and the hosts were wonderful. It is located in a quieter area, with not a lot of traffic, nice restaurants nearby and it is the best location to everything walkable in Rome near Villa Borghese Gardens, Spanish Steps, etc. We would recommend this property highly and would definitely stay these in the future. Thank you Federico and hosts.
