• Emma (10/5): Great apartment, great location, excellent service - The apartment was beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. The weather was extremely hot but the building was beautifully cool and there were two excellent fans in the apartment. The location is brilliant, near shops, bars and restaurants. Everything you could possibly need. And of course just 1 minute from Camberwell Green- a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors. I had problems with the booking.com app and couldn't see the messages but the owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout, sendingme informationother ways. On the 2nd day, my son accidentally locked us out of the apartment. The owner was so kind, patient and helpful even though he was away, he arranged for us to get a spare set. I would definitely recommend this apartment to people and would love to go back again. No criticism at all

El alojamiento cuenta con una excelente conectividad y, aunque la primera impresión del barrio no fue la mejor, resultó ser una zona muy tranquila. El departamento estaba muy limpio y contaba con lo básico para la estancia. Sin embargo, me gustaría sugerir algunas mejoras que espero puedan considerar a corto plazo: - Renovar las almohadas y el colchón. - Mejorar la calidad de la ropa de cama. - Actualizar los utensilios básicos de cocina.

La réactivité du propriétaire (il manquait un drap et on est venu l'apporter dans la demi-heure). Le rapport qualité prix, pas cher pour un logement à Londres. De nombreux bus dans le quartier. L'odeur de moisi dans la cage d'escalier. Le logement est bien pour deux couples mais nous étions avec 3 ados et les lits c'était un peu juste. Deuxième chambre avec un petit lit double et le troisième a du dormir dans le salon. Vaisselle un peu juste pour 5 aussi.

• Leonor (10/5): - Everything was provided and in perfect conditions and the owner was very patient when we encountered a problem with the door. Would 100% recommend, the only thing that you should take into account when booking is that you can hear what the neighbors are doing, specially the dog of one of the neighbors, that barked one of the nights for a long time. Asunnosta löytyi adapterit, jotta saatiin puhelimet ladattua. Asunnosta löytyi infoa Lontoon alueesta. Hiustenkuvaaja oli hyvä. Asunto oli kylmä. Lämmitysjärjestelmän käytöstä ei ollut ohjeita. Meitä oli viisi henkilöä, kaikille ei ollut omaa peittoa. Keittiön lieteen ei käyttöohjetta, kaikissa kulttuureissa ei kaasulieden käyttö ole tuttua. Asunnon esittelyssä oli maininta kylpyammeesta, mutta siihen ei löytynyt sopivaa tulppaa. Ohjeistus myös roskien viennistä puuttui. Kehitysideana, voisiko tehdä käyttöohjeet lämmitysjärjestelmän, Lieden käyttöön, pistorasioiden käyttö ( kaikissa maissa ei tarvitse katkaisijaa laittaa erikseen päälle) talon säännöt; mitä pitää siivota lähtiessä, minne roskat viedään, haluatko että lakanat otetaan pois, hiljaisuus ym.

• Erik (8/5): - Hyresvärden var aktiv och svarade snabbt på alla frågor och hjälpte oss när det fanns problem. Bra bussförbindelser. Stundtals kallt i lägenheten på grund av tekniskt fel men hyresvärden var snabb på att kalla tekniker för att lösa problemet.

• Mihaela (9/5): It is a good accomodation for the monney you payed. I recommend - It was proper for us: clean, close o public tabsportatuon means The acces stairs- difficult for elder persons and the corridor smells. But once you enter the apartment, everything is ok. The heating plant is required not to be on when you are not in, so, when you come back, it could be quite chilly inside.

• Adrián (10/5): - Cozy and quite spacious apartment, suitable for 4-5 people. Comfortable beds, kitchen is well equipped. Restaurants, grocery, coffee shops can be found near the apartment. Buses to the city centre are very frequent and the ride usually takes 30-40 minutes.

• Ilze (8/5): Suitable for family - Good location - shops nearby and good bus service. Relatively spacious for London (two bedrooms and a living room) and the bathroom even has a bathtub. The minus is that there is no elevator, because the stairs are very narrow and it is difficult to carry suitcases. It's the 21st century, but as it turns out, internet in London (all of London!) is an extra and an exception, not the norm. :( There was almost no internet in the apartment either.

• Soňa (10/5): Perfect cozy appartment ideal for 2-3 people. - Perfect cozy little flat! We stayed there for 2 nights and would definitely stay for longer. The beds were super comfy including the sofa bed, apartment was spacious and super well equipped. There was a blow dryer and even hair straightener and iron that we could use. There was enough space in the wardrobes. It was close to grocery shops and some places to get food and drinks. There is no subway in this area but there is a bus stop just opposite of the apartment and you can go to city center very easily. I definitely recommend this place! It’s so worth the money.

I used to live round the corner and we needed a place to stay that had good links with Victoria, this was just it! The mattress was a bit bouncy, you could feel the springs - but foe 2 nights it was more than good and we still had an alright sleep!

• Raquel (6/5): Good location for visiting London but neighbourhood is not great. Small flat for 5 people - The location The neighbourhood seems to be dangerous. We had problems when going for shopping in local supermarkets. The sofa bed is extremely noisy. The stairs to go up to the room are really narrow and some part of the carpet has moved. The bath in toilet was dangerouos as it didnt have anti slippery mat. The kitchen is OK but kettle very old and small. The Internet connection was so so. In general OK...
• Dorde (10/5): Awesome and private stay. - The apartment is very spacey and pretty. The neighbourhood is good and everything was close by from here.
• Derran (9/5): Incredibly pleasant and frankly unbelievable for the price point, just a few steps short of 10 stars - Incredible price point, very comfy beds & homely flat with nice decor & a convenient location with friendly neighbours, plus good facilities & high quality fans! The shower was by no means the worst and had good water pressure but the showerhead was a bit too low for me and wasn't adjustable as it fell back into the low position (although you can easily dismount it and just hold it), might be a problem for accessibility with disabled guests. The TV also wasn't useable as it was necessary to have an apple device to connect to it - a Chromecast or fire stick might've been better.

The entrances of the build had an unpleasant smell maybe, unsafe stairs, part of the carpet in the stairs was coming out which wasn't very unsafe. Lack of cleanliness of the apartment. Dust, dirtiness in some areas of the apartment, toilet, bedroom fan, dirty bed sheets, unpleasant smell on the towels...

• Ilze (9/5): Comfortable apartment with good connection to the city center - The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for everyday life (dishes, washing machine, refrigerator, iron, etc.). As an added bonus, the bathroom also has a bathtub. :) Very good bus connection to the city center (about 20 minutes drive to the Parliament building), including night buses. There are several shops nearby including Lidl with very London friendly prices. The only thing that bothered me a little was the noises from the street what were easily heard in the bedroom.

• Kevin (8/5): Cozy flat with comfy beds - Nice cozy flat with very comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen suitable for your everyday needs. Supermarkets are close and if you want to visit the city center, the busses will bring you there in about 30 minutes without changing. The instructions to get the keys are very easy and you will get them from a shop nearby. The flat owner Ronaldo is very friendly and reacts very fast if you need anything. The stairs to the flat are narrow but typical for old buildings in London. Also there is no lift if you have heavy luggage.
• Oliver (2/5): Very poor - On the second night of my stay, as I was eating my dinner, I heard a massive bang and went to the bathroom to find that the shower glass had shattered all over the floor! Now this may have been a freak accident and the host at the time was helpful. But since then they have been ignoring my emails to get a refund and when I finally got a hold of the host on the phone I was basically blamed for the accident!! So instead of getting a refund, I had to go back and fourth between booking.com customer services and the host and eventually I was offered a measly £20 voucher for my next stay despite having to book a completely new accommodation and losing all the money from this booking!
• Kruzelova (9/5): Superb - nice, cozy apartment with comfortable beds. near a grocery store and a bus stop to the city center. excellent communication with the owner. it was cold there, the window in the kitchen did not insulate. but according to my experience it is standard in the UK.
• Alex (9/5): Well equipped, great connection to the city centre. - Great flat, not so far from the centre. Well equipped, with a comfortable bed. Central heating system provides great temperature in the master bedroom. You couldn't close the window in the kitchen properly, there is a small gap, so it is very cold in the kitchen and in the living room.

• Doris (7/5): The accommodation was fair. - The bed was comfortable. The palava of having to go get the keys from a different address. It was a big stress dragging my suitcase and my little child around heavy traffic😩. The bath could do with a shower curtain so you don't feel boxed in a corner when in the shower. We couldn't get on Netflix and WiFi as no instructions on how to log on were available 😑 Didn't also like the strong cigarette smell that welcomed me as soon as I opened the door into the apartment.

• Krzysztof (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment in central Camberwell. Easy access to central London. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen, 1 bathroom with a bathtub. We were there in early December and it was quite cold in the apartment. There was no AC and heating system looked turned off or maybe we missed sth :(
• Anastasia (9/5): I'd recommend it if you want to stay close to central of London and have a private place. - Good transport connection to the central London and all the sights. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need to cook your own food. Lots of minor details around the house. Blackout blinds on the windows. A little bit noisy, during the 2 days that we stay we could constantly hear police sirens. We take it that this is a little bit disadvantaged neighbourhood. We didn't spend much time at the property so it didn't bother us very much, but still.

Shower glass is not attached securely. Texted the host and it was subsequently affixed securely. Very noisy at night, can hear neighbour's music. A run-down suburb. Must climb 3 flights of steps with luggages.

• Anonymous (5/5): But for the tv, WiFi and stairs the flat was in a good position for transport. - The flat was clean and had everything that was needed, including a shopping trolley and umbrella. The owner was very helpful and answered questions immediately. The Wi-Fi was very poor and the tv was unwatchable. But the worst thing was the stairs, they are quite steep and not level. No banister in places and had to go halfway down before light came on. Also the tracker on key fob went off at time’s disturbing sleep.
