• Jae (10/5): Amazing view and comfort - The ocean view is breathtaking. I also liked that even though it's a shared space with the owner and another guest, there was privacy. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom, good ac. I would stay here again. The host was very nice and available whenever needed. Parking spaces are somewhat small, not ideal for bigger SUVs/vehicles

• Neonila (3/5): Poor - The only one thing best is the ocean view from the room This is only a small room to live in a large apartment. The furniture is old, the lamp near the bed is broken and did not work, the bathroom does not have a mini care kit, in the end I had to buy soap and shampoo, there is no hot water, towels have holes, they are already 10 years old, the bath mat is a piece of an old towel. I want service for that kind of money. The only thing worth the money is the view from the window, but this is too high a price for such a service.

Besides the room, the rest is shared space with a lot of people! No room has balcony, that is in the shared living room.. You see picture with a gym and pool?? Forget about it.. I was denied to enter, as I am not a resident in the building…The host apologiezed for this…case solved! 🤷‍♂️ Get a room with full privacy, daily room service and a nice view to the sea just next to this property in Hotel Catalonia, FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY!!!!! In the hotel you will have access to all the facilities! Dont book this, is kinda of a scam to be honest! Checkout is at 11 - The host woke me up at 8 to leave the keys in the lock before leaving… Half an hour after the cleaning lady came cuz the host said she needs to clean the room…So at 9 am i felt like i was invited to leave… I would suggest you to stay away of this property and play it safe with the hotel that is just next to it! I went there to eat and drink in their bar next to the swimming pool.. they threated me really nice! Oh, and the toilette is partially broken, after every usage, you need to lift the lid and fix it :)) In a hotel room you get that done or your room is changed… So overall, was a huge disappointment and was not worth the money at all!!!

• Samra (10/5): Amazing! - Beautiful big apartment with an amazing view. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the balcony. The living room and the kitchen are shared, but when we stayed there was no one else, so we had everything for our selves. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Also a very nice host, she responded very quickly when we had questions. The location is about 15 minutes with the car to zona colonial. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, despite being very clean. Also there was a lot of noise from the traffic, but if you sleap with earbuds in, it's ok.
