• Lisa (10/5): I was travelling from NT to see 3 of my 4 sons with their partners. The accommodation was a perfect - The view was amazing. We felt like we could stay at the apartment the entire time. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. More cutlery would be useful. Cups and glasses with chips could be replaced but not a major problem just something that could be checked.

• Dani (7/5): Great location if want to be central near the CBD and sports complex - Location, apartment layout and bathrooms Broken window on arrival and then having to meet with the maintenance person to fix. The furniture in living/dining room is uncomfortable and broken. No wine glasses. Felt run down. To use pool and gym have to do an induction which only run mon and Wednesday nights which is inconvenient and not great if want to use on the weekend when arrive

• Sophie (10/5): Definitely 💯 and worth it - The location was so easy to access and the views were to die for, the apartment is spacious with everything you need for a great stay. Our host Katie was amazing throughout our stay and so easy to communicate with Unfortunately was unable to use the amenities such as pool, gym as no induction session was available during our stay due to it being New Year’s Eve. Would have been great to be able to chill in the pool some days

• Justin (3/5): The apartment listing lied about the facilities that would be available to us - The view from the apartment was incredible, probably the best of all rooms I have ever stayed in. The showers were great. Apartment is well located near shops, Crown and the MECC. We had planned to charge our EV at the apartment as the listing said there was a charger available. However I was informed a few days before our travel that this was actually not the case, which meant I now needed to make an extra charging stop on the way to and from Melbourne. The listing also stated that a heated pool is available all year round, however a few days before our stay we were told that a building induction was required to use the pool, and this could only happen on Monday and Wednesday evenings. As we were there from Thursday through Monday, this meant we could not use the pool at all.
• Andy (4/5): Great location, disappointing experience. - Excellent location and fantastic views. Unit was not properly cleaned, dirty stove top and ensuite shower did not drain, clogged. No information provided on unit facilities, including no information on access to wifi. No wifi details and zero wireless internet connection was disappointing. Building is focused on long-term residents only. Cleanliness and service did not meet price point.

• Yan (8/5): Overall we had a good stay here. - Beautiful view and nice appartment. Has carpark and easy for us. Katie reponsed fast any tried hard to help us when we had problems. We hd a good stay overall. The elevator was not working one morning, and since we were on a very high floor and we had elder people living here, it was very difficult for all of us get down. We waited for two hours in the room. Enventually one of us got down and we were told we could use the other evvelator in this buildig. But we did not get any informtion from the buikding management before and no contact number we could find in this appartment. So i think it wold be helpful if an emergency contact number of this building could be provided for guests and also make sure the guest be informed if anythig happens in this building.

• Ali (1/5): Terrible - Despite living in Melbourne, we booked this property for a weekend getaway, mainly for the heated pool and gym. However, access required an induction session only available on Monday or Tuesday — completely useless for a weekend stay. This important detail was not clearly mentioned in the listing. When I asked for a refund, it was denied, despite the misleading information. Even the property manager struggled to locate where this was explained. We paid a premium for facilities we couldn’t use, and our kids were very disappointed. We ended up checking out early on Sunday. A frustrating and disappointing experience.
• Samantha (10/5): Amazing way to enjoy Melbourne at its best. - Views are amazing day and night. Location invisible, we walked everywhere from the apartment. The walk to St. Kilda through Albert Park was a highlight and of course Southbank and the city are on your doorstep.
• Greg (8/5): Lovely views, great location, no pool,no gym. - Location good No induction available on line. Therefore could not use the gym or the pool so it should not be advertised that it's usable, it is not. Inductions apparently only on Wednesday's so if you arrive Thursday, you can't use the advertised facilities.
• Navin (10/5): Awesome stay in an amazing apartment with sensational views. - Spacious and well-appointed apartment with stunning views. Excellent amenities, including a butler’s pantry. The bathrooms were stocked with shower gel and shampoo, and there was ample cupboard space throughout. The kitchen was both attractive and highly functional. Nothing to complain about

Our host Katie was great, very helpful and was prompt to reply and assist with all our enquiries during our stay. The fact that short stays don’t have access to the building’s facilities such as the pool and sky lounge.

The property was extremely clean and tidy. The views were amazing. Beds were very comfortable. I was disappointed about the pool and gym facilities only being available if you are there on a Monday or Wednesday for an induction. Must read the information a little better next time. But when I searched for a property with pool and gym during a period, I’d expect it to be available for use. This was one of the reasons we booked this property. The instructions for the key collection came after we arrived and called for assistance to find the keys. The property manager did follow up to ensure we were able to get in.

This was not communicated until a couple of days prior to checking in and building induction only occur during the week. Our stay was over the weekend. Was disappointing as they looked great.

Short term stays do not have access to the pool, gym, private dinner rooms etc. You need to register for an induction which is only available 2 evenings a week. This was disappointing for our large group. We couldn’t get a booking for the induction, stayed 8 nights with our family and never got to enjoy the pool, spa, steam room or cinema.

• Elliott (10/5): I would highly recommend this property to others and stay there again. - The owner made contact with us multiple times prior to arrival to ensure everything was organised and avoid any issues. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the location of the property meant that we were within walking distance of where we were visiting while in Melbourne. Nil.
