- Lesław (1/5): Katastrofa !!! - Nie polecam tego miejsca. Po przyjedzie okazało się że mieszkanie jest brudne. Kuchenka lepiła się od brudu. Śmierdząca i brudna lodówka. W lodówce znajdowały się pozostawione rzeczy. Generalnie użytkowanie kuchni grozi poważnym zatruciem. Łazienka zagrzybiała i brudna. Meble na tarasie połamane i brudne. Z markizy tarasowej został tylko szkielet i strzępy tkaniny. Jako że zarezerwowałem nocleg dla czterech osób a było przygotowane dwa posłania, wynajmujący poprosił bym ubrał w poszwy brakujące posłania. To co zobaczyłem przerosło mnie. Poduszka na której miałem spać była wyplamiona i brudna. W konsekwencji wynająłem inne mieszkanie kilkaset metrów dalej. Omijajcie z daleka to mieszkanie.

- Mayerhofer (10/5): - Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Hat auf uns gewartet um uns alles zu zeigen. Er hat uns Hilfe angeboten, falls wir etwas brauchen würden. Sehr zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Bus und Taxi in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck. Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Der große Balkon bietet wunderschöne Aussicht. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Auch die Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit Vermieter war super und zuvorkommend. Danke.

Separate bedroom and living room. Could be a little more cleaner. Flours were clean but refrigerator had some left overs , kettle was greesy.

- Zvezdana (10/5): Perfect! - Milan is a great host! We had exceptional communication - starting from the day I booked the apartment, and then during the entire stay. Even though Bar is familiar to me, after the phone conversation Milan sent me all the necessary instructions (google map, photos, information) so that I got to the apartment very easily. The accommodation is phenomenal, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, shops... a few minutes from the main promenade and the beach. The apartment is very nicely decorated, it is comfortable and has absolutely all the necessary facilities (kitchen, bathroom, excellent internet, TV, terraces), even for a longer family stay. The most beautiful "detail" are two huge terraces (40 m2) with a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the city. Me and my family are delighted and will definitely come again! Warm recommendations for this apartment and Milan as a host! I have no complaints, everything was perfect!
- Damir (10/5): Prelijep stan sa prelijepim pogledom - Lokacija ovog smještaja je savršena. Strogi centar. Stan je na vrhu zgrade sa dvije velike terase sa fantastičnim pogledom. Lijepo je uređen i opremljen svime što je potrebno. Host je predusretljiv i lako dostupan za komunikaciju. sve u svemu jako lijepo iskustvo.
