• Guest (8/5): tutto sommato un bel posto dove passare qualche giorno in Piacenza - Posizione centralissima a Piacenza non possono e non devono mancare le zanzariere alle finestre...purtroppo non ci sono

• Sabina (8/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet. - Es ist ein schönes kleines Apartment. Die Küchenzeile hat das meiste, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist sauber. Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer liegt straßenseitig, es ist also nicht leise. Die Duschkabine hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich und hinter der Toilette ist eine undefinierbare Kabelanlage, die vor sich hinschimmelt.
• valentina (7/5): Piccolo e funzionale, comodo e vicino al centro. - Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, davvero comodo, piccolo ma funzionale e carino con piccola cucina. La proprietaria ha lasciato caffè, brioche e biscotti per la colazione e una bottiglia d'acqua fresca, molto gradita visto il notevole caldo di luglio. I letti sono comodi e ci sono due cuscini a testa. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per una breve permanenza. Premetto che la proprietaria è stata molto gentile e che l'appartamento è davvero carino e pulito. Comunque metterei uno specchio grande a muro perchè c è solo lo specchio piccolo del lavandino del bagno. Mi permetto di suggerire le lenzuola di cotone. Faceva molto caldo e le lenzuola non essendo puro cotone cacciavano un caldo pazzesco. Abbiamo acceso tutta la notte il ventilatore a soffitto in dotazione ed è stato rumoroso, difficile addormentarsi. Diciamo che forse è meglio durante la stagione fredda.

• Clara (10/5): Great Place - We really liked the apartment! All was very clean, there was a little welcome package of food and drinks for the first morning. The staff was really nice and easy to reach. Would visit again :)
• Nivine (10/5): Very clean and fully equipped. Host very available. - The studio is small but fully equipped, with pink walls and exposed beams in a historic building in old Piacenza. It’s located right across from the hospital, with a convenient bus stop just outside the building entrance. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome kit: a breakfast box, slippers, and toilet kit. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the city center. I appreciated the design on the walls. Even if it is small it has all the necessary equipment and for up to two people it is cozy and comfortable.

• Marius (9/5): All good - Everything was fine about the accommodation. I appreciate very much how easy was to talk with the host as they have responded to everything in a short time with every detail needed. It's really good way to check-in through a box at the entrance. The room was clean with everything you will need, even more than that. As a suggestion, I would recomand the host, if possible to put netting at windows and maybe to give some single use shoes. Apart from that, everything was alright. I really recommend this room.
• Jan (9/5): Superb - I would recommend this accomodation - it is very clean, it is comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay of couple of days. It is evident that the hosts are really trying to make your stay comfortable - we have been welcomed with a single dose of oil, pepper and salt and simple breakfast (cookies, jam, chocolate spread) and coffee. The accommodation is in the old building on a first floor and it is quite charming. The location is also great, the supermarket is just 3 minute walk from the apartment. The communication with the hosts was very easy! The windows have a single layer of glass so it is quite loud due to traffic but we have brought our earplugs to sleep so it did not bother us that much. Also, when it was raining there was an odour coming from the bathroom, but also did not bother us that much (we assume that is the problem with the city and its sewage system not the apartment). Having in mind the price of the apartment, the good things outweigh the bad things!
