• Damian (7/5): Amazing views. - The view was outstanding and apartment was comfortable. Thank you for the wine. We contacted the host to inform we could not access the gym or swimming pool/area. Gym / Jacuzzi was by appointment via WhatsApp QR CODE only. The private terrace appeared not to be as stated PRIVATE. The building work noise from the pool area was relentless from 8am. The pool & pool area was a massive disappointment as we could not use it at all during our stay and was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. We should of been informed of this in advance and offered a refund or reduced price. Appreciate it is seasonal. The notice stated it was available to use from 1st May 2026. This was not the case. We look forward to hearing your response.

• CRISTINA (9/5): Apartamento cómodo y bien situado - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente y la estancia en general fue muy cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y además destacamos la amabilidad del equipo, que incluso nos permitió entrar antes de la hora prevista, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Como pequeño aspecto a mejorar, la limpieza de la cocina podría cuidarse un poco más, especialmente en los utensilios y trapos, y sería útil disponer de un estropajo. Por lo demás, una experiencia muy satisfactoria.
• Anthony (9/5): Lovely Apartment in a Great Location - The property was beautifully presented, very stylish and clean. The location of the property gives great views across the countryside adjacent to Mojacar Pueblo. The builder the apartment is lifted in is very well maintained with clean communal spaces. There were insufficient blankets for the bed as the weather was cold, additional bed covering would have been nice!
• Sally (8/5): Overall a really lovely place host was great great walk down to the sea front Xmas was really festive - The view was amazing and the location was really good Also decore was nice Shower small and I dislike shower curtains It was a winter stay and it was quite cold in the apartment at times even with the heaters on I will say it was unusually cold in Spain

• paul (8/5): Overall a great stay and we hope to return one day. - Aesthetically pleasing on the eye, well equipped, great location and views, good bus link, swimming pool area clean, all very secure, building itself was very quiet, however, when we were there the town was having a fiesta but it didn’t impact our stay at all, to be honest it was very enjoyable as we joined in with the festivities. The fiesta did affect the parking of the car as we were not able to park the car outside of the building.
• Anna (7/5): VISTAS HERMOSAS - Nos encantó la ubicación (justo en el centro de Mojacar) y las vistas. Subir a la piscina a las 20:00h era una gozada por las vistas del atardecer. El apartamento es pequeñito pero estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo. Aparcar en esa zona es difícil, pero para nosotros no supuso un problema. El apartamento está completo y bien equipado. Sólo nos faltó algo de aceite, gel para la ducha (ya que el de cortesía no daba para 1 ducha), sal, etc. Para 2 días no queríamos comprar mucho ya que después nos íbamos a otros lugares.

Great location, just probably 100 m from the town square and all the restaurants but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. Beautiful pool on the roof with an amazing view. And the host was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time! Strongly recommended!

Loved it !!! - Great location in the centre of the village with plenty of restaurant choices but not so close as to be disturbed by noise. Fabulous views from the apartment & balcony. Tastefully furnished and with all the amenities you would need, as others have said the bed is super comfy. Pool area is lovely with fantastic views and it was always quiet. TV has all the Apps, so easy to login to your own Netflix, Amazon etc. You can sometimes get parked outside apartments ( there’s always enough room to unload your luggage/shopping etc ) but spacious car park is only a 6 minute walk away. It’s a great apartment. Nothing

• Melissa (9/5): Perfect place to stay. - We loved most things, location was great, so close to many wonderful bars & restaurants. The views were stunning by day & night. The property was well kept, very safe, really lovely place to stay. The communication was good too, didn’t need or want for anything. The shower was really powerful, will miss that! The pillows were a little soft, but that’s no fault of the property, everyone has their own preferences. Everything else was clean, comfortable and all in great order.

The bus stop is just across the road they run regularly down to the beach . Lovely restaurants The host is very friendly and helpful . Wish we could have taken the bed it’s so comfortable . ! Would definitely come back 😊 Everything was amazing , the only thing I would say is maybe have a visitors book to explain local amenities , local shop etc.
• Lee (7/5): It's a nice apartment and there was no noise. It's clean and tidy, so the negatives are quick fixes. - The view was fantastic and unencumbered. The place was clean, neat and tidy with good decor throughout. It is right next to Mojacar old town, which is a beautiful place. Sadly there were bulbs not working in the living room and bedrooms and we needed to change batteries for remote controls. The shower tray was not clearing as you showered and we lost water temperature for the 2nd person in. There was no 'welcome guide' to help with the apartment or the surrounding area.

Fantastic open views from bedroom and lounge and a nice little private terrace just outside the front door. The location is superb if you want to be right next to the town, restaurants and shops. Bus stop right outside with easy connection to the main front and beach.
• John (9/5): Superb - Location superb, apt really well equipped and very clean roof top pool nice. Why they just don't tell you its called the victoria buildings. Couple's only is misleading as leads you to believe there are no children staying not that it bothered us. But trying to locate it is a nightmare.
