The location was awesome because it allowed for venturing Richmond and downtown Vancouver. There was nothing about this property that I did not like.

- Josue (10/5): - We came on a family trip and enjoyed our 6 is well located, it was clean, the place is nice, and it seems pretty safe, and well equipped I would come again. Host sent me the instructions on how to get in on the same day of the check-in, which can be a little stressful if you are coming in a 24-hour trip by car as us, but instructions were clear and house rules acceptable. The suite door is a little hard and tricky to open, and it also feels a little stuck, but once you get it how to work, it is fine, and one room and bathroom feels pretty basic it is no even possible to lock the door.

Sheets were not washed with hypoallergenic detergent, which caused an allergic reaction for one of our guests. No instructions for the jetted tub, so no idea if it worked.
- Edwards (9/5): Good size suburban apartment for your stay in Vancouver - After staying in hotel rooms and a ship cabin for a few weeks it was great to have a fully furnished apartment for our group of 4 to stay in for a week whilst we were in Vancouver. Lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. Laundry facilities were gladly available. A building with only 4 apartments so quite apart from some traffic noise including sirens at all hours of the night. Not being in Downtown was the only disadvantage, but public transport was a breeze from the location, about 35 mins in via bus and rail links Cleaner had not cleaned under the lounge etc. No tea towels to wipe up after washing dishes (washing up was a rule of the owner). The front door to the apartment is electronic with code to enter and also lock. This did cause us a couple of problems, including one night when the lock failed to operate for a while and we couldn’t get into the apartment. I tried calling and texting the owner but no response. Luckily we finally got the lock to work, otherwise we would have had to find somewhere else to stay late at night

The house was clean at first glance (little things could have been better attended to: the washer was dirty, the coffee maker had the used coffee grounds in it).The bathrooms were clean. 3 bedrooms all had queen beds with comforters. Overall, the house was as described and as expected. We had a nice stay. Would definitely consider this house again in the future. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The location is on a very busy and noisy street. It was noisy day and night. The blinds did not block the light from outside the house.

- Evelyn (9/5): Beautiful cozy place, would use again! - The property was clean and very comfortable! The owner communicates well and was available for the most part. I would say the only thing I would recommend is to have either some side curtains or blackout curtains to keep the outside light from coming in when you’re trying to sleep and could be helpful with blocking out traffic noise being that the location of property is off a main roadway. But otherwise, we all loved the property!

- Daniel (4/5): I don't believe this is suitable for 6 adults and should not be advertised as such. - Washing machine and tumble dryer were good. Air conditioners in each bedroom. Property is cleary set up to photograph well for marketing purposes but disappoints when you get there. This is advertised for 6 adults yet there is only space in lounge for three to sit. Note, we had six adults in the townhouse. There is no dining table and only four benches at the kitchen bench. Furniture is cheap plastic and uncomfortable. Less focus on fancy electronics and more focus on basic requirements would help. Townhouse is on junction of two very busy roads that stay busy all night.

The unit is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, a full kitchen and a very nice set of washer/dryer. Leo, the host made the remote check-in very simple, we really appreicated him. We also love the location, it's very convenient to access highways and all kinds of restaurants are within a mile away. We never had to use the beautiful stove they got. The unit is located at the corner of the street, however, the window do blocked off a lot of noise so it didn't bother us at all. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this property. Thank you, Leo The living room is a little tight and the tall bar stools in the kitchen area are tall for short people like myself.

Very clean and appliances looks new and upgraded. - the townhome is fully furnished, including washing machine and dryer as well as laundry detergent is a plus. The parking area feels very safe as it is inside, under the building with code and remote control provided to open the garage. Host very helpful and responds quickly. Very clean and wifi is available. Door entry too complicated to follow at first. The TV downstairs sometimes takes a long time to download to watch TV. It was difficult to find the entrance for the building and parking at first. The control knob of the stove can be accidentally move without you noticing when you are trying to open the kitchen cabinets above the counter to reach for plates/cup due to control knob being on the front of the stove and the space is very tight. I would recommend to have at least 4 pillows on each room to be comfortable when sleeping. Needs top sheet on the bed, it was just the comforter.

The rooms are very small and the townhouse has 2.5 bathrooms instead of 3 according to the description of the property.

First, the beddings in each room smells like it was already used and feels like it was never washed, that's how my husband and his family/siblings experience it. My family were expecting that the beddings like pillow cases, bed sheets and comforters are newly washed, but sadly that was not the case during their stay. Since they are already there, they just do some adjustments towards it. They smell something different and find it a bit of a challenge when my husband and her siblings/family was there. Knowing that we (excuse us) paid for the cleaning fee as well when we booked for this unit thinking it will be cleaned for the next user like us). They ended up using thier own personal towels to cover the pillow cases. We choose this place because of the positive review but sadly this is their situation. There were also some items left inside the washer and sadly, they smell too prior to using the washer. Fixtures in the bathroom needs some repair too and we advise the host about it right away. Hope that our feedback helps you moving forward and that you take our feedback constructively towards your goal. We also hope that you will look into it moving forward. Final inspection before the guest will arrive. Another thing, suggest that you change the color of the beddings to a little lighter color than dark colors. Every thing was new and the apartment was sparkling clean . The noise level was really high. The huge trucks and busses was keep moving from early morning so it was very disturbing . The living area was very small and there was not enough room to stay together .

The check-out time was 09:00, at least 2 hours then most short-term rental places. The coffee machine was very dirty full of mold. We needed to spend a lot of time to clean it before we could use it. There’s no dining table for us to feed our toddler. We needed to put her on the floor when we fed her. We needed to threw away all the garbage at the designated garbage bins outside the parking gate before checking-out, even though we’ve paid for $249.00 cleaning fee.

- Arlene (9/5): The unit overall was great and I would stay there again. - The location was great. It was easy to navigate from and easy to access. I loved the underground secure parking. The property was very clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen wares, dishes etc. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have tv's in every bedroom. The entire unit was spotlessly clean! It was very hot inside when we arrived and it took a bit of figuring out how to control the heat. The traffic was very noisy when the windows were open but nice and quiet with the windows closed. There were a few things missing in the kitchen such as dishtowels and dishcloths. Also there were no facecloths in the bathrooms. The coffee maker did not work well as the pot was too small and had to be held up in order to keep the coffee from overflowing. Need a new pot.

- Kitt (9/5): Beautiful home, definitely coming back! - The townhouse feels luxurious walking in on marble floors, and is just as functional with a bar, electric fireplace and RGB lighting to fit whatever mood you're in. The first floor bedroom is accessible from the kitchen, and the two upstairs are just as nice, with the main bedroom having a bathroom and balcony. The main bedroom got pretty drafty the first night due to the patio door being quite difficult to close properly, but once I was able to it sealed the room properly.

The entire townhouse was very comfortable, clean, and modern. We really enjoyed our stay. Value was great. Very minor details that would not affect my decision to come back again.. but, there was no conditioner or coffee provided. I know it’s not obligatory for hosts to provide these type of things but most places do, and it would have made our stay more comfortable. A few more towels would have been great.

- Li (4/5): Avoid if possible. - The buildings were nice and very new and clean. 1) They messed up booking. We had to first stay in another place with similar look but was in a basement of "someone". The condition was okay. After 2 days, we had to move to the right place BUT WE LOST A DAY! The Host said there would be $200 refund for the inconvenience. BUT nothing happened. I emailed the host about the so-called $200 refund. The host disappeared. 2) The supplies were stocked on the first day. Since we stayed there for almost 2 weeks, after the initial supplies were used up, there were no re-stocking. Called and emailed hosts. No response. This is worse than any AirBnB. Other than the condition of the place. The experience we had was terrible. 3) The property is right at the corner of 2 BUSIEST streets of Vancouver. The traffic noise was unbearable. It's almost impossible to sleep properly. 4) The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We wish we didn't pick this place at all.

The check in process was very easy and the location was only 20 mins by car to the city or other places of interest around Vancouver.
- Poumittra (10/5): beautiful stay in Vancouver - new and clean and high tech place the cleaner was very rude because we were 5 mins late. on our confirmation it says 9 to 9 30 and it was 9 35 am when she came to see us. I said give me 2 mins I’m feeding my baby. she already went to gossip with the owner. this was a let down
