• Christ (10/5): A comfortable and good-value stay in central Hanoi. - The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The Da Tuong alley area was quiet while still being convenient for getting around Hoan Kiem. The host was responsive and friendly. For first-time visitors, it is easier if you search exactly for “NGÕ DÃ TƯỢNG”. On the positive side, the alley is spacious, relatively quiet, and surrounded by many great local food spots and cafes.
• Elena (9/5): - Это частные апартаменты, заселение дистанционное. Расположен очень удобно, в самом центре, до озера 10 мин пешком. Хозяин на связи. Кууня оборудованна всем необходимым, мебель добротная, интерьер стильный. Было бы неплохо немного освежить стены краской и плохо завиксирован стульчак унитаза.

• Annisa (3/5): Poor - We just landed and arrived late at night, but the previous guest hasn't checked out yet. We were supposed to check in at noon, so we don’t understand how the previous guest still hasn’t checked out by late at night. We're waiting for about 2 hours before we can enter the property. We’re very tired, and this situation is really disappointing.
• Phuong (9/5): We are happy with our stay - The French style room with high ceiling. The two double beds were comfortable. The alley was quite during night time. There is a boy living near by playing piano every afternoon and during Lunar New Year which makes the atmosphere very pleasant during our stay. The location is perfect for us. It closed by to Hoan Kiem lake, old quarter, book street...Plenty of restaurants, shops , and coffee shops nearby. The room located on the second floor of the old building. There is no lift. We had to carry our suitcases up to the room. However, the host offered help at the end of stay. He came and carried all the suitcases for us. The place would be perfect with some attention with cleaning. We found some dust on the bed head.
• Anh (6/5): Pleasant - great locale and host. resolved issues quickly and promptly the room on check-in was a bit messy and some rubbish and bedding wasn't perfect.
