• Sara (8/5): - You get exatcly what you pay for. A central location, clean facilities and everything is satisfactory.
• ERIC (5/5): Excellent location, but post check-in responsiveness and support could be improved - great location, easy to get in and out, lovely area and very convenient there were no cleaning supplies e.g. broom, mop, plate drying rack provided. There were no extra towels provided (and we stayed there for 10 days) it made the stay extremely uncomfortable

Cafes bars restaurants and coffee shops all so near The only thing that would have been better would be a more private shower but I’m being really picky there . It was frosted glass on the middle and not really a problem

• Varianna (8/5): Ευχάριστη - Ήταν κεντρικά, υπήρχε καφές, τσαι, δημητριακά κ νερό. Ευκολη πρόσβαση στο διαμέρισμα κ όλα τα μέσα δίπλα. Ήταν καθαρό κ ιδανικό για ένα ζευγάρι. Υπάρχουν επίπλα που πρέπει να φτιαχτούν, όπως αυτό που είναι σπασμένο κάτω από την τηλεόραση. Θεωρώ πως ήταν πολύ ακριβό!!

• Ashly (10/5): Clean comfortable stay with lots of great memories - The property is spacious and contains everything we need for the trip. The bed are very comfortable and Air conditioner helps a lot to combat against the heat. Missing instruction for garbage disposal… we are not from UK, and our garbage bin was quite full toward the last few days of our stay.

• Anju (9/5): Great location. Comfortable room for a short stay - The location was fantastic! It’s basically one room! So the ‘en-suite’ is, in effect, a glazed compartment within the room! The glass walls are not obscure enough! So everything is quite clearly visible to the other room guests when a person is showering!

• KALLIOPI (8/5): Επειδή μας ενδιέφερε πάρα πολύ η τοποθεσία, ήταν Σούπερ επιλογή! - Η βαθμολογία για την τοποθεσία!Αυτό πληρώνεις. 'Ηταν ακριβώς απέναντι από το θέατρο, όπως ακριβώς το θέλαμε. Απροβλημάτιστα όλα. Καφές, φαγητό κτλ όλα στα πόδια μας. Κυκλοφορείς ό,τι ώρα θέλεις, όπως θέλεις.Θα ξαναπήγαινα. Επειδή η ανακαίνιση έχει γίνει προφανώς οικονομικά σε πολύ παλιό κτίριο υπάρχουν δυσλειτουργίες. Πχ ξυπνήσαμε ξημερώματα από τις σωληνώσεις που είχαν μάλλον αέρα και χτυπούσαν πολύ δυνατά. Δεν μπορέσαμε να ξανακοιμηθούμε. Ακόμη Έτριζαν έντονα τα πατώματα κτλ. Και θέλει και καλύτερη δουλειά με την καθαριότητα. Τρίχες,λεκέδες κτλ.

Shower in glass box in the middle of room meant little/no privacy, not ideal when staying with children or friends

Code for door they send on the day. No code received. Phone number on website was 'invalid'. Messages through website were unanswered at first, eventually responded to later after I was waiting in the dark and cold.

• Pascual (10/5): Hemos estando muy a gusto y la estancia ha sido agradable. - Ubicación, tranquilidad, estancia, limpieza, el armario para dejar las maletas tras el check out. El último día, a las 6 de la mañana el desagüe de la cocina empezó a hacer ruido rítmico molesto . Es como si estuviese respirando. Oímos los pasos de los vecinos de arriba y quizá ellos hiciese uso del agua de la cocina y nos hacía ruido en la nuestra.

• Lenard (9/5): A great modern flat in a very convenient location - My wife and I really enjoyed our 10 night stay in this suite. Directions to the flat and access codes/instructions were easy to follow. The apartment itself is bright, modern and clean. There are two large closet cabinets with shelves and hangars to hold clothes and store suitcases out of the way. We found the bed to be very comfortable and all the rest of the furniture was solid and comfortable as well. There is a built in desk for any work chores and lots of outlets accessible for electronics, including on both sides of the bed. The suite is light and airy with large windows at the street side, and double pane windows to seal out the noise very well at night. The location was exceptional for our needs. Easy walk or only a few steps to catch the bus to many of the core London highlights and yet located just outside the very crowded central area of Covent Garden. The underground stations were a bit further to walk, but still within a few easy blocks. The flat has a commercial grade Nespresso coffee maker. The coffee, was very good while the capsules lasted, but we were unable to purchase replacements. Two specialty Nespresso consumer stores advised us that they handle only the consumer pods and that commercial capsules are only available online. We had to rely on instant coffee to satisfy our morning cravings when the capsules ran out early in our stay!!

• Jun Yi (7/5): - Top locatie Veel te gehorig, elke voetstap is zo overduidelijk te horen waardoor je slecht slaapt. Bed is ook net niet groot genoeg.

• Valentina (10/5): Área segura y cerca de las atracciones principales - La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de las atracciones principales de Londres y es un área muy concurrida. Recomiendo mucho este lugar no solamente por la comodidad de la habitación y el gran tamaño de la cocina-comedor, sino que también nos sentimos muy seguras al ser dos mujeres viajando solas (seguridad tanto en el hospedaje como en el barrio ya que pudimos pasear tranquilas de noche sin problemas). Además en la cocina nos dejaron té y café para nuestro desayuno, lo cual hizo nuestra estadía más placentera. Además, nos dejaron guardar nuestro equipaje en el alojamiento ya que llegamos antes del horario para el check-in. La entrada y las áreas comunes parecían un poco sucias pero las habitaciones estaban impecables. La ducha no tenía puerta por lo cual a veces se mojaba un poco el piso del baño.

• Heiko (6/5): Fantastic location, a few lowlights inside the apartment - Location was fantastic! The flat was very clean and the layout/design nice and functional. The house has very thin ceilings, we had the room on the 1st floor. Early in the morning you could hear the neighbors above walking like elephants above our heads. Very annoying. Also, if I book for 4 people then I expect 4 comfortable places to sleep. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and narrow, the kids complained badly. Also, you can hurt yourself easily on the couch due to the metal frame around the mattress. The shower head was damaged.

• Carole (7/5): - Super localisation au centre de tout, proche des metros et bus, et Tesco juste à côté. Grand ascenseur pour accéder à la chambre. La chambre était meublée avec goût mais le tout était vétuste (peinture, meubles), la douche sans porte pas pratique (malgré nos effort on mouillait partout), aussi la paroi de douche fuit (flaque d'eau dans la chambre). Pas assez de crochets pour suspendre les linges, les linges ne séchaient pas. Le canapé lit était pas assez large pour 2 enfants. La lumière du couloir restait allumé toute la nuit et la porte d'entrée laissais passer beaucoup de lumière. La paroi entre les chambres ne se bloquait pas. On n'avait que 1 verre à eau pour 4 personnes.

• Michelle (5/5): Greay location but host didn’t care about issues. - The apartment was great and the location was amazing. The apartment was in the middle of a construction site. We were woken by loud construction noise at 7am that continued all day. It was extremely uncomfortable and really destroyed our stay. Host didn’t seem to care less and claimed they knew nothing about it which cannot be true as there are previous reviews stating the same issue.

• Sarah (3/5): Wouldn’t recommend. - Great location Apartment advertised as having dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. After being on the road for 3 weeks we were really looking forward to eating a few meals in and doing some washing. No dishwasher (but weirdly there were dishwasher tablets), not enough cutlery or glassware, not even a teatowel (used a hand towel). No clothes rack. There was a single combined washer/dryer in shared laundry. We had to wait when other people were using it and then had to wait at the property when we were using it. Not what was advertised!! Love the noise of the city but not the lack of soundproofing - woken at 7am for 3 mornings due to renovations in adjacent building - drills, thumping etc. Lumpy foam mattress - felt like you were rolling off bed (slept across the bed). Unpleasant. Property manager couldn’t have cared less.

• Alberto (7/5): Así resultó el departamento - La ubicación. El sistema de clave para ingresar al edificio y departamento. El pasillo de entrada al edificio siempre estuvo sucio. El lavadero imposible de usar por suciedad y abandono. Faltó en el departamento un tender para colgar toallas húmedas y en nuestro caso que estuvimos 10 dias, la falta de elementos para limpiar el piso. A la ducha le falta una puerta para evitar que el agua salpique el baño. Las perchas en los armarios están muy altas y fuera de alcance. Estos comentarios no desmerecen la calidad del departamento, solo hay que tener en cuenta algunas mejoras como las nombradas.

• James (9/5): We had an enjoyable stay at a secure property in a central location which had secure luggage next door. - Location, security and cleanliness. Shared washing machine and no tea towel to dry dishes.
• Fpizzuto (7/5): Good location, pricy for what you get and no onsite management available to answer your questions. - Excellent location--close to all. I expected a person who worked at this location, but it was completely on us to get in and out of the apartment. Location was ideal but the price of the unit was high for a studio with only one bedroom and a pullout sofa with a glass shower right in between the beds. No one used the shower, given the privacy issues. What looked like a fire alarm was beeping at the ground floor hallway, which made us worry a bit because no onsite management was available to us and when we called, we were just asked to leave a message.
• Justine (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment itself was great for two friends sharing (aside from the see through shower), and we were comfortable + good amenities but unfortunately the building itself is not great. It’s dirty and smelly in the hallway and walk up to the room, and we weren’t advised about works going on to the outside of the building. Right outside our window was scaffolding with men working - who were looking straight into the apartment. I got a fright on the second day when one showed up as I was showering- in a glass shower. Not great. Entrance way and halls, toilets were not clean & smelled bad. Scaffolding on the building (we weren’t advised)

The shower head needs to be replaced. There were only three coat hangers in the apartment to be used between two people. When I asked for more, I was told Circlet would bring some but they did not. That is poor service. The people in the apartment above were very noisy and woke us at all hours.

Entrance hall and carpet up the stairs need to be cleaned - very dirty and creates a poor initial impression. Refurbishing outside the building so view from the window was of scaffolding. One of the sinks was blocked.

We had to park our rental car 15 min away and walk with bags to the apartment. Also, no cleaning equipment available to clean the apartment through our stay. No additional toiletries supplied. We had to go and buy stuff after second days of our stay.
• Yakov (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment location! All main locations are within walking distance, so only the tourist bus was used for sightseeing. The place is very quiet, despite the proximity to the road, slept with the window open. Soho, Chinatown and beyond, everything is nearby, you can walk leisurely. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, enough bed linen and towels. The shower has excellent hot water pressure. The kettle was full of scale, so I didn't use it

• Holly (9/5): Perfect location, lovely large room big enough for the three of us. - Host wasn't that receptive to a few issues/requests. One was a request for more bar soap. They said two small soaps was plenty for the three of us for 5 nights although they thankfully did bring us more toilet paper after we ran out the first day. Two was that there was a leak from the bidet and three that there was a leak in the ceiling right at the foot of our bed after a rainstorm. Management didn't seem too concerned with the leaks. The one from the ceiling dripped all night and then stopped in the day, so we just ignored it. We still enjoyed our stay.
