• Ian (8/5): - Fabulous apartment to stay at just out of centre of City centre. Location was good and parked outside. Good communication with hosts and loved the record player. Buses five minutes walk away and takes roughly 15 minutes to Liverpool one bus station. The stairwell wouldn't be good if you have mobility issues as quite steep and narrow. The shower bit hit and miss as well . Rest of it great.

• Richard (9/5): Great experience for our first time in Liverpool, brilliant. - The apartment was really clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is brilliant - free parking outside (literally by the door) and only a 5 minute walk from the Moses St/Tesco Extra bus stop, with the really regular 82 bus into Liverpool One Bus Station. Also only a 10 min walk from Brunswick (Metro) station. The host communicated really well and the whole trip was so simple and easy. Will definitely return again! I do not have anything negative to say about the property, it is really good value for money.

• Liz (4/5): Disappointing - It was clean enough for me to feel content to stay there. Mattress was comfortable. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided. On booking: we were told the apartment we had booked wasn't available and were put in a different property which we were told was nicer but compared to the pictures of the one we'd booked it wasnt. For example, no proper table, as in pictures, just a folding table and chairs. We did not stay in the place pictured. Location: It is a rough part of Liverpool, I would not have felt safe staying here alone. The owners warn you at the key collection instruction stage "Please before putting keys into the door make sure you are about to enter your apartment. Also please make sure that for safety both front and apartment door are locked at all times". By this time you've paid, are there and it's non-refundable. Parking: This is on street parking in a rough area of Liverpool. I worried about the car. Apartment: This is not an apartment, it is a bedsit. Or in technical terms a house in multiple occupation (HMO) as evidenced by the fire doors and fire alarm system. The cheap airfreshners in the hall made it smell like a public toilet. The room we were given was on the ground floor right next to the stairs. You could hear people above walking about and every time someone used the stairs we were disturbed. Bed: Only two pillows on the bed, no headboard, no bedside light, very thin duvet (not warm enough), no heating - couldn't get the one radiator to work and no boiler or central heating controls in the room. Thin voile type curtains and a metal blind that didn't block the light. The owners did ask why we hadn't mentioned the bedding - by the time we got into bed it was far too late to be contacting the owners and have someone come around with more bedding. I told them because they asked how our stay was and I thought perhaps they were keen to ensure future guests had a better experience. I got a rather aggressive response of numbered points blaming me.

We were in the music themed room, with a record player and LP’s, a speaker fridge and lyrics. Liverpool centre was a 25 min walk away. Entrance hall

• Paula (10/5): Great place and great location. - The theme of the apartment and attention to detail was superb. A fun place which made our weekend even more enjoyable. Only 10mins away from the city centre by taxi. Nothing .
• Soraia (7/5): Cosy and clean studio close to central Liverpool - It was very easy to get the keys and access the property. The studio was very clean, smelling very nice. The host provided also complimentary water bottles. The host was very responsive when messaged. We were not aware of the £50 pet fee on top of the price of the booking. The host said that booking.com was made aware of this to change where this information is displayed, but no changes were applied yet.
• Michael (10/5): Cute place, great night's sleep, free parking! - I loved this place! A really nicely laid out studio, with everything you need.The place was really clean, tidy, and has a cool design! It's like a luxury hotel room + a bonus kitchen with en suite shower. They really fit a lot in, including a table with chairs to eat or work at. Room was really quiet at night, I think i was the only person staying there. Lots of cute small touches, such as shampoo and shower gel, retro ornaments, and even an own brand bottle of water (thanks for that!) Plenty of pillows on the bed, and a nice big fluffy towel. Bed was more bouncy than firm, but actually I still found it comfortable. And speaking of comfort, the room had windows that could be opened (outside backs onto rooftops and houses, but it is really nice and quiet and clean air, no road noise), and there is an adjustable heater inside the room which is nice and warm. Shower wasn't the most powerful, but it was really nice and hot, didn't run out of hot water which was awesome. Owner was really nice, sending very clear instructions before hand, and even sending a follow up message soon after I checked in to make sure everything was OK. I would definitely come back here, and fully recommend it! Having thick curtains or thermal blackout blinds would be a nice touch, and maybe somewhere to put your shoes if they are wet. Maybe for some the stairs might be quite steep, especially with a big suitcase. But any normal fittish person can easily be fine with them. But I am being picky! :)

The lack of proper chairs, made it very comfortable to spend much time inside the apartment. 1) the narrow staircase 2) the lack of chairs 3) the tight shower

• Julie (8/5): Comfortable, reasonable price and the hosts were on the phone to answer any questions I would stay again - Secure and Very clean, although small it was well thought out and suited my needs for my 2 night stay. Lovely comfortable bed. I was a little concerned about the fact that they advertised free parking’ this was indeed correct but on the street. Also ‘pets allowed’ at an extra cost of £50, which I thought rather excessive.

Quite small, not much space to put anything. Also there was some odd smells. Possibly from the apartments below.
• Merran (9/5): Beautifully decorated apartment, good value, wonderfully attentive hosts - The apartment is beautifully decorated with real attention to detail. It was particularly great to have the record player and records, the music theme and to be able to cook a proper meal (unlike in a hotel). The hosts were brilliantly attentive - very quick to reply to messages and so friendly. Nothing.
