• Katia (8/5): - Zeer nette studio. Stevige matras, ligt goed. Ligging pal in het centrum. Kast waar servies in staat is onmogelijk terug dicht te doen zonder op een stoel te staan.
• Dario (10/5): - La posizione è la migliore possibile per visitare Liegi. Strada molto viva, un po’ di rumore la notte ma si riesce a dormire tranquillamente se si chiude la finestra. È un po’ bizzarra l’apertura del portone sulla strada, per il resto tutto normale. Il corridoio potrebbe essere mantenuto meglio con qualche decorazione.

• Chloé (5/5): Décevant - Le studio est bien placée dans un quartier animé près du Forum, marché de Noël et le centre La rue est extrêmement bruyante jusqu'à 6/7h du matin. Même en s'étant couchés à 1h , impossible de dormir pendant 3 jours. Pour cette raison, je ne recommande pas, sauf si vous souhaitez faire la fête toute la nuit.
• Vinciane (8/5): - L'agencement, la propreté, la sécurité, l'ascenseur et la proximité du Forum/centre ville Température intérieure un peu basse (tête thermostatique du radiateur bloquée), très bruyant la nuit jusqu'à 6h du matin. Je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait pas de TV: ça serait un plus. Prise près du lit qui ne fonctionne pas

• Stephane (7/5): - Bon emplacement pour découvrir centre ville à pied Rue très bruyante le soir jusqu'à l’aube : plutôt réservée aux fêtards !
• Panagiota (9/5): Θα ξαναπηγαινα. - Τοποθεσία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και πολύ φωτεινό και καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Πολύ καλό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μια τηλεόραση και θα προτιμούσα το κεφαλάρι του κρεβατιού να βρίσκεται στον τοίχο για να έχει πρόσβαση κι από τις δύο μεριές με δύο κομοδίνα και λάμπες για διάβασμα. Επίσης δεν λειτουργούσε η πρίζα κοντά στο κρεβάτι.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Perfetta - Posizione in pieno centro.facile da raggiungere,istruzioni chiare sul check in, bella la casetta super organizzata,limpida .in tanti viaggi a Liegi è la prima volta che trovo un alloggio così ben organizzato, c'è tutto quello che serve Non è dipeso dall' alloggio, ma dalla gente fuori che non rispetta orari di silenzio.purtroppo è uno scotto da pagare, i ragazzi di notte fanno caos in strada fino all' alba

• John (5/5): Noise from within the building but very disturbing noise from outside made the perfect apartment and location a negative - Very central to vibrant pedestrian only street 24 hour restaurant/cafe directly opposite 2 levels below so despite double glazing the noise continued and I was woken by loud street disturbances at 5 am and it continued till 7 am developing to altercations and agressive outbursts . Noisy groups wandering arguing etc. Maybe it’s always like that ( I suspect so) or just my experience . The “ soundproof” curtains at the entrance of my apartment did not dull the loud bangs of other apartment doors banging closed.

• Marie (7/5): Great flat for a central location in Liege - Great location and easy Access to the center of Liège. Great flat, very clean and with all amenities. It's pretty noisy at night. The door also makes a lot of noise.
• Didier (9/5): Great room in the Liège student city center, near "le carré". - Great location in the very heart of Liège, but people must be aware they are some nightlife, but the windows had very good sound insulation. Big room with kitchen, big bathroom with shower. I didn't need it, but just to signal, no TV.
• Rosanne (5/5): Only for fireproof French speakers with earplugs - Location is nice. Studio furniture is new. Host refuses to write and speak in English and keeps using French. I was lucky to have a French travelpartner. Dependant on the host’s availability for delivery of key, quite a frustrating process of communication around it since we were coming by public transport. No dishwasher. Very noisy, right on a party street where people keep walking by until 5 in the morning. Studio has double glazing but isolation is still bad. The front door of the studio doesn’t isolate at all (meant for inside an apartment, not as front door). This means you get waken up by neighbours coming in. You can smell what they cook and what they smoke :( Building is extremely old and converted into tiny studios. I don’t think the fire precautions are taken seriously.
