• Aurélie (7/5): Très bien placé. - L’emplacement était parfait, juste à côté de la 5e avenue et 15 min à pied du centre. Le logement est grand et propre. Il y a des places pour se garer juste en dessous de l’immeuble. La piscine est bien exposée et la vue est super. Rien si ce n’est que la salle de sport est un peu limitée en terme d’équipement.
• Michelle (9/5): - I quite liked the location, not far from the center, the Fifth Ave with touristic points of interest still close. The sea about 10 min walk. The coffee machine did not work and was not fixed/ exchanged during our around 4 day stay. At around 6am there was a guy starting his truck which woke us up. But we slept with our door open. No mosquitieras, but no mosquitoes (April).
• Wendy (10/5): Vacaciones placenteras - Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo, todo estaba relativamente cerca, la piscina muy bien y la vista excelente que se ve desde el área de la piscina , desde allí pude disfrutar del atardecer 🌅 y como se iba guardando el sol, una vista espectacular. Me encantó que la habitación es PET friendly y mis perrunos disfrutaron de su estancia al igual que yo, sus paseos por la quinta avenida que está en la esquina. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo allí. La mala comunicación que hay entre el administrador y el dueño. El administrador con el que reserve no pasó mi reserva y al llegar al condominio no podía acceder porque no me habían pasado ni contraseña. Para entrar tampoco estaba el seguridad, así que tuve que esperar una hora para que me resolvieran todo ese problema y aún así era como un teléfono descompuesto. Lejos de ese inconveniente todo muy bien .

• Pierre (10/5): Great option close to the beach - Great location. 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the busy part of 5th avenue. Great option for solo travellers and couples. Balcony with a partial ocean view. Nice refreshing rooftop pool. Clean.
• Elizaveta (5/5): There's no sea view! It's side sea view (barely)! Far away from most of things in Playa del Carmen - Beach towels are provided! Netflix! The hosts respond very fast on WhatsApp The bed is very large and comfortable 1. No sea view! Please update the listing, as it is misleading. None of the apartments have a real ocean view. At best, it is a very limited side sea view where the ocean is barely visible. Our actual view was a street with unattractive neighboring buildings and roosters. We chose this apartment specifically for the sea view, even though it was far and not an easy walking distance, and this was the main reason we booked it. 2. Maintenance: - Although the apartment is new (Room 304), it was in poor condition upon arrival: the bathroom door lock was broken, the towel holder was broken, and the front panel of a drawer fell off. These issues were fixed the next day after contacting the owner, but they should have been taken care of before arrival. - Very squeaky kitchenette cabinets, loud enough to wake everyone - Dead batteries in the TV and AC controllers — we had to swap batteries from one controller to another every time we needed to use them!!! - The shower head was damaged: water was spraying in different directions and many holes were clogged, making showering very difficult - Two hammocks were supposed to be on the balcony; there was only one, and it was ripped * On the day of departure, we found an electric scooter under the bed. We couldn’t understand if it was the owner's or if someone left it there and housekeeping never cleaned there to notice it 3. Cleanliness: This was the first place in my life where there was no body wash or shampoo upon arrival, despite them being expected. The containers were almost empty, and we had to contact housekeeping to have them filled. The containers were not labeled, so we had to guess which one was shampoo, body wash, or conditioner... 4. Location: If you are a backpacker or planning to go to Cozumel or travel by bus, the location is not good. Walking from the bus terminal in heat with luggage is very difficult. It is next to some old houses with roosters so I can't call it a quiet place

• Wendy (10/5): Espectacular - La atención desde que llegamos fue excelente, el alojamiento es muy cómodo y completo, el lugar es céntrico está cerca de la 5 avenida, tiene una cafetería alado, el alojamiento cuenta con refrigerador, trastes, lo que nos facilitó mucho. Su piscina está grande me encantó la vista que se ve el mar desde allí, es una vista espectacular y lo mejor es que aceptaron a mis perritos, viaje con mis 2 chihuahuas y una amiga . Recomiendo este alojamiento 💯

• David (10/5): A truly hidden gem in Playa Del Carmen! - This suite is truly a hidden gem! It's a nice surprise to actually find a place that someone has clearly taken pride in. The extra touches are notable. It is also extremely well stocked with all the kitchen utensils, cookware, necessities needed for a longer stay. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on! Code access into the building and the suite was fantastic! The balcony hammock was great too. I HIGHLY suggest this lovely suite! It's a tiny bit from the main action if you're only walking but the suite more than makes up for it!
