The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of check-out, rubbish must not be left at the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
