• Elke (6/5): Zentral gelegen und wer die Küche nicht nutzt und im Bad ein Auge zudrückt ist hier genau richtig. - Die Lage ist zentral. Die Schlafzimmer gingen zur Seitenstraße raus und es war ruhig. Das Wohn-Esszimmer war hell, geräumig und gemütlich. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und hat keinen Balkon sondern nur große Türen mit einem Gitter davor. Die Betten und Böden waren sauber. Wer die Küche nicht benutzt und im Badezimmer zwei Augen zu drückt ist hier richtig. Unseren Hygieneansprüchen hat es nicht genügt. Bad und Küche benötigen dringend eine Komplettreinigung. An den Fliesen, auf der Arbeitsfläche und an den Schranktüren klebten Essensreste. Das Badezimmer war es nicht viel besser. Fatima hat zwar die Putzfrau noch einmal vorbei geschickt. Es wurde aber nicht besser.
• Alistair. (9/5): I now want to come back. - Having a room for bags and dressing made the unit very comfortable and easy to stay in. The unit was in a very convenient location. Fátima’s communication with me made getting there and in very easy. Can’t think of anything bad.

Lovely vibrant neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. 15 minute walk to River or either train station with so much to see on route. Brillant communication with the host for easy access to the property. Loved the Portuguese feel to the apartment. Thank you.

The location of the apartment was not far to walk into the centre of town and the apartment had everything we needed, including coffee pods, shower gel and washing up liquid. Beds very comfortable. I would stay here again. There was some noise from the nearby bars and restaurants, but this is expected due to the location of the apartment.

• Khalil (10/5): Un appartement spacieux et propre, idéalement situé au centre de Lisbonne — parfait pour un séjour confortable. - L’appartement est situé en plein cœur de Lisbonne, ce qui rend tout très accessible : restaurants, bars, monuments et transports. L’espace est grand, propre et parfaitement équipé — nous avions absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’accueil de Fátima a également été chaleureux et très réactif. Rien de particulier, tout s’est très bien passé.

We mochten onze bagage langer laten staan omdat we pas ‘s avonds vertrokken . • Inga (10/5): - Authentic and spacious apartments with comfortable beds in a very good location. The owner of the apartment, Fatima, took care of us before and during our stay. We really didn't miss anything in the apartment, everything was thought out to the smallest detail - from coffee to shower gel.
• Naemi (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön (Die Betten sind hammer!). Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen. Fatima ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns alle möglichen Fragen innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort empfehlen. -
• Sabine (10/5): Einfach nur großartig. - Die Tür war mit einem Code zu öffnen und der Schlüssel für das Apartment war in einem Schlüsselfach an der Tür. Der Schlüssel drehte nicht gleich in der Tür. Dann einfach den Schlüssel noch mal raus und mit einer anderen Kerbe wieder rein. Fatima war die ganze Zeit zu erreichen, als ob sie neben uns stand. Fatima ist einfach nur großartig. Sie hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Das Apartment war sauber, viele Handtücher, die Schlafzimmer ruhig, da zur Seite raus. Die Lage einmalig. Die Strassenbahn 28 vor der Tür, typisches portugiesisches Viertel. 2 Supermärkte gegenüber und nur wenige Minuten ein portugiesisches Restaurant, in dem wir schon am 2. • Christina (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE – BED BUG INFESTATION & FILTHY CONDITIONS - the only good thing was the apartment being right near a few supermarkets I GOT BED BUGS FROM THIS APARTMENT This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. My friend and I both got BED BUGS from the disgusting, clearly unwashed beds. The sheets were stained and smelled awful, and it was obvious they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. To make matters worse, when I contacted the host to inform them of the bed bug situation, I got ZERO response. Not even an apology. Just complete silence, like they ghosted the problem—unbelievably unprofessional and irresponsible. When we arrived, there wasn’t a single basic supply stocked—no hand soap, no dish soap, no shampoo, no body wash. All the bottles were there, but they were totally empty, like someone just refilled them with air and hoped no one would notice. What kind of place doesn’t provide the bare minimum for hygiene? STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is a health hazard, the host is MIA, and no one deserves to go through what we did. Save yourself the regret. It's been 10 days since my stay and my bites are still itchy and red. GROSS.

• Kelly (9/5): Quirky apartment in the perfect location - The apartment was so quirky! We had a great view down a statement street of typical Lisbon! we were down the road from one of the famous trams which was a bonus. The apartment was great and had almost everything we needed! The kitchen came equipped with a coffee machine, which was needed as this was the first place we stayed after landing in Portugal and the jetlag was real! There were air conditioning/heating units which were very much needed! The bathroom has been updated with a great shower and heating unit as well. Plenty of towels for our family! The best part was that it has a separate walk-in closet for all our clothes and suitcases allowing us to keep the rest of the apartment clutter free, excellent bonus! The beds were comfy and the rooms were cosy. The host left the key under a lock placed on the door with a passcode, so this was a fun experience for the kids when we arrived. The city is all within walking distance (long walks if you enjoy them!!) but if you need, there are tuktuks to take you wherever you need to go. There are cafes, restaurants, the Time Out Market all relatively close to the apartment. The host was always very responsive and checked in with you often. We will be back! Opening the apartment was a little tricky as the key has to go in a specific way and it was quite tough to physically open the door itself. There was no washing machine (however there is a laundrette across the road from the apartment). There was also no option to have a cot so ended up hiring from a baby equipment hire company, not a huge deal but having this option would be great for families with young children. None of this stopped us enjoying our time here or the apartment - we loved it. Parking was very hard to find!

Plenty of food shops and restaurants on your doorstep. We found the main key lock to the apartment a little tricky to use.

Very dark stairwell only lights up outside apartment door. Can be noisy at times but to be expected. Broken microwave.

• Andrew (9/5): Right in the heart of it. - The location was very central. On a bustling busy street with a tram line outside. The sitting room/lounge was large and spacious, looking out onto the charming neighborhood. The kitchen was small and adequate but cooking was limited without an oven.

Even though it’s in the heart of the city, it wasn’t too noisy when windows were shut. Tram 28 goes right past the window on the street. The view is awesome. There’s some great handy shops really close by. Eg coffee, convenience store, restaurants. Communication around parking could have been more helpful. It’s incredibly stressful driving a car into Lisbon and then trying to find the parking was crazy.

• Emil (10/5): Exceptional - The perfect place to start exploring Lisbon. The tram passes right by the apartment and there's multiple super nice cafés and restaurants right by. Fatima was very welcoming and made sure to make us aware that she was just a call away.

You can catch the famous #28 tram from 30 metres down the street. The host, Fatima, is in touch regularly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here Nothing really. The street is a busy one which makes it noisy at times. But the glazing on the doors makes it quiet at night when they are closed

Our host Fatima was super helpful and friendly! There are two convenience stores and a self-service laundry directly across the road, and the 28 tram comes right up the street. The apartment itself is well looked after and has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon!

• Susan (9/5): We had a great break and would certainly recommend a stay at Fatima’s place. - Fatima’s apartment was lovely, in-keeping with the great location and she was a super host very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all comfortable and clean. We were on the route of the Tram 28 and so felt like we were looking at a postcard every time we looked out of window. We could walk to lots of places of interest and around 10 mins to train station to travel a bit further afield e.g. Belem, Sintra and Caiscais. We liked everything, however the staircase to access the lovely apartment maybe difficult for less abled people.

• Gheerbrant (8/5): We really enjoyed staying a Casa Fatima, a great place to explore Lisbon for a few days. - Casa Fatima is in the best possible location to explore the city, we really enjoyed being able to walk to most places downtown and the easy access to the train and subway as required. The food options in the immediate vicinity are just amazing and we would highly recommend Zapata right next door for the traditional Portuguese menu with homemade flavours, all for a reasonable price ang great service. We felt the price we paid was quite high given the what the apartment had to offer, but maybe that was because we coincided with Saint Antonio's weekend, likely the busiest time of year in town. However we would have liked a washing machine, dishwasher (although we understand these would be a challenge given the layout) and a more modern TV arrangement for what we paid. Also we would have welcomed a short guide of local recommendations for things to see, where to shop for groceries, get to the subway, how the tramway works, where to eat etc.
• Gary (8/5): Very good - The apartment is spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd storage/dressing room. The location was central to many places of interest. Contact with the host was easy through whatsapp. If you had mobility issues, the stairs to the 2nd floor apartment could be a problem. The neighborhood was lively and could get noisy. The apartment is double glazed ,and with the shutters closed, this reduced the noise level. I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

• Jeremy (10/5): Nice apartment in a great location for experiencing Lisboa culture. - This is in an excellent location, close to most of the things we wanted to see in Lisboa. The apartment is charming and has a lot of character. We liked to open the windows and look out on the street to watch the people and the tram go by. Staying in this apartment is nothing like staying in a hotel. I feel like we experienced the culture and city a lot more from staying here. The host is great and regularly checked on us with WhatsApp messages to make sure we had everything we needed. Make sure you put the key in the slot by the door; otherwise, the air conditioners won't turn on. It took a little while to figure that out. If it's too noisy at night, make sure you shut all of the windows and doors. That cuts down on the noise a lot.
