Sos (5/5): Non è oro quello che luccica, purtroppo - La villa di trova in una posizione eccezionale con una vista mozzafiato. Il ragazzo che si è occupato di noi ad arrivo e partenza è stato molto gentile e puntuale. La struttura ha un potenziale enorme, da tanti punti di vista, come la struttura ampia e ben disposta, uno spazio esterno grande e ben d finito, purtroppo però il tutto è molto trascurato, con una totale mancanza di cura del verde sottostante l'abitazione con ramaglie e erba tagliata lasciata a marcire. La piscina che è avrebbe ottima posizione e struttura, si presenta con una scaletta arrugginita e traccia evidente di verde sul bordo della piscina. La cucina ha una fornitura carente, di sicuro non all'altezza del prezzo pagato. Elettrodomestici invece ok. I serramenti che sono tanti e grandi non sono ben fissati ai muri e presentano numerose crepe sui vetri creando sempre quest'atmosfera di non sentirsi particolarmente sicuri. I bagni sono ricavati, non recenti e senza alcuna manutenzione. Enorme problema dell'acqua che non abbiamo potuto bere gli ultimi tre giorni causa gusto strano. Una casa cosí senza manutenzione è davvero uno spreco. Peccato
