Linda (1/5): Ikke en familie tilfredsstillende lejlighed. - Beliggenheden var ok efter, hvad vi ønskede. Udlejer var hurtige til at kontakte os. Lejligheden svarede ikke til, hvordan det så ud på billederne. Køkkenet og servicen var temmelig beskidt. Da vi åbnede det ene køkkenskab kom der bananfluer ud af det, selvom, der ingen madvarer var der. Der var et rum under køkkenbordet, som i hvert fald heller ikke var gjort rent. Ruden i køkkendøren var ødelagt. "Vandhaner" på væggen i badeværelset var utætte, så der lå vand på gulvet. Ved soveværelset kunne man ikke have terrassedøren åben, da der sad folk lige udenfor og røg og drak. Der var ikke sidde/spisepladser til 5 i køkkenet. Og der var intet andet spisebord i lejligheden, hvor man kunne samles som familie. Da vi havde set lejligheden med ovenstående problemstillinger, valgte vi at tage kontakt til udlejer igen, da vi ønskede at opsige vores leje af ferieboligen. De var hurtige til at tage kontakt til os, hvor de gav udtryk for, at de havde haft udgifter til klargøring af lejligheden. Den havde vi booket dagen inden kl. 17.30. Herefter havde vi skriftlig og telefonisk kontakt op til flere gange med dem både i i Tyskland, og da vi var kommet hjem til Danmark om aftenen og næste dag. De ønskede, at vi tog billeder af de ting, som vi ikke syntes, var i orden. Men de sagde, at de ikke kunne modtage billederne. Herved bad de os, sende billederne over Booking.com på deres mail. Dette er gjort, og vi har intet hørt fra dem siden. Dette syntes vi, er rigtig dårlig service.

Michel (4/5): OK for a short stop, clean but quite old and not in the best part of town. - The appartment itself was nice and clean. Parking provided by the accommodation was a few hundred meters away through an alley to an open area behind some unrelated appartment buildings, did not feel very safe, we ended up moving our car to a free parking spot on the street which was closer and felt a lot safer. Appartment gets quite warm during the summer. Shower head holder was missing so we had to hold the shower head while showering. The street is quite noisy. The area around the key box smelled of urine and had a lot of trash on the ground, we were really worried what kind of place we had rented, until we entered through the door and saw the inside was actually quite nice.
