maria (9/5): - Essere in un angolo di quiete e allo stesso tempo vicino al budello, al lungomare e alla spiaggia. L'alloggio curato con gusto e nei minimi dettagli , rispettoso dell'edificio d'epoca e del comfort moderno; il terrazzo stupendo Dover lasciare l'alloggio alle 10 e non avere la possibilità di un deposito bagagli.
Andrea (4/5): POCA TRASPARENZA - Classico sistema con key box; ma è ancora possibile? Nessuna assistenza per ingresso nell'appartamento e mancanza assoluta di istruzioni per uso del sistema di climatizzazione (il sistema di climatizzazione - split - non ha garantito una temperatura adeguata; unica stanza calda il bagno, con piccolo termosifone elettrico autonomo); unica modalità di contatto con gestore attraverso messaggi wapp con risposte in tempi non immediati (quando cerchi di far "riscaldare" i locali hai bisogno IN QUEL MOMENTO di avere supporto). Alla risposta poi si SCOPRE che le poche istruzioni presenti in casa non sono aggiornate e quindi si scusano, ringraziando per la segnalazione, e te le inviano sempre via wapp...e intanto per il primo giorno non si è potuto nemmeno utilizzare il WI-FI. Il cd "contratto" viene inoltrato SOLO dopo aver prenotato (ed effettuato il pagamento con carta su Booking) direttamente da parte del gestore (manca quindi il testo su Booking che pecca di mancanza di trasparenza!) riporta il dettaglio dei pagamenti: 120 euro per la "pulizia". Poi nel contratto viene specificato che il versamento di 500 EURO (o il blocco di pari importo su carta di credito) per la cd "cauzione" è null'altro che un plafond per eventuali PENALI (elenco lungo e VARIO...) che il gestore si ricorda di comunicare SOLO dopo aver effettuato prenotazione. La PENALE più assurda? dopo il pagamento di 120 euro per la pulizia, è il lasciare eventuali stoviglie non pulite...

Viktor (8/5): Very good - All you need. Well equipped kitchen. It said it would be two bedrooms but it's only one. The bed sofa was in the kitchen. No really good solution for storing the bike.
