- Davies (1/5): Bad - Booked and when arrived I was told they didn't do this anymore and to get a refund. I'd like my money back as I had nowhere to sleep last night after driving 3 hrs

- Alan (1/5): Bad - What I loved about the place was that I didn’t actually get to stay there as the property manager didn’t answer the phone ‘ door or any messages ans left me standing outside. I had to leave as I couldn’t get in. That’s the best thing about this place What a disgusting looking place with rubbish etc strewn all over and people banging around hanging out of windows etc. I booked in and arrived and was greeted with this scene. I was sooooo lucky that I didn’t mange to stay there as property manager didn’t answer the door or phone and I had to walk away after 17 calls and 4 messages. Booking.com should 100% remove this place from its site.
- Duncan (1/5): Bad - The home was a mess really dirty and was so run down and falling apart 😪 I have never seen a place so bad in my life that there is nothing to like All I can say is keep away from this place it's full. People in and out all night. I slept on top of bed I will put my clothes in the washing machine when home, and shower 🚿 all stuff in the room.is broken and old, and if yo hate some 1 Get them a room there,

- Ray (2/5): Horrible - I couldn't get in, the facilities were filthy, had to wait, and then , not somewhere I would stay again!!! The place was filthy, and it was very noisy, with people coming and going, slaming doors.
- A (6/5): Good value for Mahoney, don’t expect luxury for that money - Location, ease of access, Superstore nearby Cleanliness - not at par, noisy floor, bathroom & toilet - not clean as well.
- Louis (2/5): Honest, cheap option. Bathroom and building condition very poor. - Met by host with a smile and shown to my room. Effort had clearly been made to clean the room and clean sheets on the bed. Kettle and Nescafé on the floor by the bedside table. Building generally in a state of decay and the condition of the shared bathroom would be below the expectations of many paying guests.
