• Sorin (7/5): - Pozitionare este ok,aer conditionat functional,comunicarea cu proprietarul Furtun dus defect( nu am putut folosi dusul desi am sesizat proprietarului si a promis ca aduce altul),usa la baia de jos nu se inchide/deschide,scarile foarte inguste,usa de la balconul de jos gaurita(bate vantul prin ea),televizorul de sus nu are telecomanda ( nu l am putut folosi),a fost nevoie sa tinem aerul pornit in permanenta pentru a avea caldura desi caloriferele erau calde.
• Kate (9/5): - Great location, tram stop and ferry nearby, lots of cafes and shops around, two supermarkets. Cosy, atmospheric apartment. Being located in the historical part of the city with shops all down the street, surprisingly, noise was not an issue. Two bathrooms which is great. Dishwasher was a bonus. Did not matter for us, but might be important for some. Two narrow and steep flights of stairs leading to the living quarters, the bathrooms are tight.
• Artem (10/5): Колоритный атмосферный вариант для ценителей - 2 этажный номер, много места, все необходимое, колоритный район и сам дом. Квартира стилистически выдержана. Пришлось купить скатерть на столик в кухне /прихожей, так как есть и готовить еду было неприятно. Крутая лестница, если критично
• Arkady (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. One of the most historical areas of Istanbul. A bus stop is 2 minutes away, and a tram stop is a little further. You can get to all attractions very fast. Balat itself is full of worthy sightseeings. The house itself is very authentic and the neighborhood is a paradise for antique lovers. The house is not for people with disabilities. It is not meant for a long stay. The utilities need high maintenance, although during warm and hot seasons it will be perfect.
