BIGOTTI (1/5): GESTORI MOLTO POCO PROFESSIONALI - Nulla da dire su appartamento e pulizia, ma molto sul gestore! Ho scelto questa struttura poichè al momento della prenotazione, sul sito vi era scritto "PARCHEGGIO PRIVATO DISPONIBILE GRATUITAMENTE IN LOCO SENZA PRENOTAZIONE" ( tutto questo salvato sul computer ), mentre in realtà era un parcheggio pubblico condominiale ( cambiato miracolosamente il giorno dopo la mia segnalazione ). Alla mia richiesta di rimborso fatta alla HOLIDAY WORLD ( struttura che gestisce il locale ) per aver subito un danno materiale, mi sono sentito rispondere che, avendo saputo UN GIORNO PRIMA della partenza ed in modo CASUALE della falsità pubblicata - CITO TESTO DELLA MAIL DI RISPOSTA - che "avrebbe potuto richiedere alla piattaforma di prenotazione un'eventuale spostamento, rifiutando quindi di recarsi nella nostra struttura"...... UN GIORNO PRIMA!!!!!!!! MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITA'

Isabelle (9/5): Séjour agréable, appartement pratique. - Logement spacieux, propre, équipement (four, etc) neuf. Numéro du logement incorrect, hôte non présent à l'arrivée. Difficulté pour avoir un contact avec l'hôte à l'arrivée. Pas de parking ! Alors que c'était prévu.
