• Valeriya (4/5): Do not recommend - Definitely do not recommend! The apartment is very outdated, many things are broken (including one of the beds). On the day of our departure (it is stated that check out is 11:00 am) someone came to our appointment around 9am we were still sleeping... so they opened the door with their key and entered the apartment. The guy said that he has to leave towels and bedding. Fine, he left and then again 10:45am just as we were rushing to pack and leave they started ringing the doorbell again checking if we have left already! Was very annoying and unwelcoming! Like they couldn't have waited till 11am to let us leave the apparent! Was a very upsetting experience.
• Falcon (10/5): Lovely Stay! - It was in a pretty nice location, easily walkable to the main center, not too crowded! There were 2 bathrooms, the host was very kind and helpful with any questions we had. Lovely experience, I recommend! Cutely decorated, there is coffee and tea stand as well. Only there was 1 missing blanket.
• Desdimona (9/5): Superb - We like the apartment except the bathroom on the masters bedroom. The glass is not long enough to control the water so that the floor will not get wet. No lift.
• Sophie (7/5): We enjoyed the apartment a lot and had a lovely two days in Florence. - Location was close to the centre (walking distance) Noise from the street; 1st floor very close to tram; main entrance door is very loud when it falls shut
