• Jane (9/5): Central, basic, good value - Great location in the city centre, basic but had everything we needed. Nice hot powerful shower, a fridge and coffee making facilities. The apartment is in a traditional old building up a couple of flights of stairs. Do take note of the directions on the hosts welcome message, about not using Google to find it, follow their instructions and it’s easily found tucked away in a courtyard.

Nurkassa oli jääkaappi ja pöydällä vedenkeitin. Mukit löytyi, mutta esim. pikkulusikoita ei. Pöytätilaa hyvin vähän. Iso tv ikkunan edessä vei paljon tilaa.

• Hue (6/5): i wouldn’t consider staying here again due to the uncleanliness of the property. - great location the bed sheets and pillow covers had a terrible odor like it haven’t been washed. it was very a very uncomfortable sleep for us with the odor. the shower had mildew. the building had no lights and appeared run down.

• aakakakaksmndjw (1/5): 뜨거운물, 부엌 쓰는거 중요한분들은 비추천. - 성 입구랑 가까웠다. 1박 2일이라서 너무 다행이었던 숙소! 밤에는 혼자 집에 들어가기 너무 무서워요. 그리고 구글 지도가 알려주는 숙소 입구랑 실제 숙소 입구가 다른데 수많은 사람들이 집을 찾느라 고생함에도 불구하고 주인은 대체 체크인전에 왜 미리 공지를 안하는지 이해가 안가요. 결국 제가 연락해서 알아냈지 여기서부터 문제가 시적됩니다. 추운 영하기온에 길바닥에서 집찾느라 1시간 걸렸어요.... 제대로 관리 안하는 숙소입니다. 디럭스 아파트는 참고로 주방이 없습니다. 편의시설에 간이주방은 있더라구요 근데 인덕션도 싱크대도 없어요. 근데 도마랑 칼은 있더라구요 ㅎ왜 편의시설에는 음식을 만들수 있는 주방이라고 해서 여행객들에게 혼란을 주시는지 차라리 솔직하게 하시고 제값을 받으세요. . 여행객들을 더이상 혼란스럽게 하지 마세요..... 더 돌겠는건 겨울이자나요? 뜨거운물이 잘안나온다는거에요. 여러명( 2명부터 ㅎㅎ)이서 쓰면 찬물로 샤워하는 상황이 생깁니다. 그리고 복도에 불좀 켜주세여...숙소 가는 계단에 핸드폰 불로 키고 들어가는게 말이 됩니까...흉가체험도 아니고 엉망입니다 귀신나올거같아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅜㅜㅜ

• Carly (8/5): A centrally located, quiet apartment that’s ideal for families, with a very helpful host. - The location was great and very central. We were a group of three adults and one child, and the property was perfect for us — it would also suit families with two adults and two children very well. Right in the centre of everything, yet nice and quiet at the same time. Nick was very responsive via WhatsApp, answered all our questions, and was very helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations. There wasn’t much to dislike. Access to a washing machine would have been handy, and as the apartment is on the second floor, it’s just something to keep in mind if you’re travelling with a pram or heavier suitcases.

• Aleksandar (10/5): The heart of the city centre - Great apartment in the heart of the city centre. It is situated in the building which is inside the yard so it is very peaceful and quiet. The heating is very good. I felt warm and comfortable.

• Danica (4/5): Stay in Ljubljana - Location, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom It was not clean. I looked under the bed for my sock, and there were clutters of dust as if it had never been cleaned. Dusty lamps, dirty windows. There was liquid soap in the bathroom to wash your hands 3 times, and we were staying for 5 days. Also, there was a coffee jar that had traces of stuck coffee in the bottom corners. Definitely did not meet my expectations and was not worth the price.
• JADRANKA (7/5): - La rue où se trouve LA CHAMBRE où on a passé 7 nuits est magnifique..les restaurants autour, la gentillesse des gens dans les boutiques , le petit train et les bateaux pour visiter Ljubljana..on a apprécié. LA CHAMBRE où on a passé 7 nuits pour moi ça était horible. J'ai réservé apartman pour 3 personnes avec kichinette et terasse ( précisé aussi sur réservation avec des belles photos en couleurs rose) et j'ai trouvé 1 CHAMBRE dans une maison au travaux dans 1 cour où la nuit pas de la lumière! Pas d' apartman ni kichinette ni terasse..seulement 1 chambre avec 2 lits avec les oreillers sales et avec linge gris et froissée qui donne pas envie de se coucher.Les serviettes aussi mêmes couleurs . Au sol vieux parquets qui fait bruits quand vous marchez.La télévision ne fonctionné pas et après 2 jours on a eu 1 nouveau TV . De payer 930 euros ..je trouve exagéré! Seules choses positive - approche de centre et commerces,chauffage et une belle SDB!

Bus and train station only 10mins away and all the sights 5mins walking. Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Veey easy to to check-in and out. It was quite hard to find. Google does not help but it's entrance is on the main shopping street. The photos for the studio aren't clear. The hot water runs out easily with a small tank.

• Marc (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft im Zentrum alles super erreichbar. - Standort Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft könnte besser gewesen sein. Der Standort auf Googlemaps stimmt nicht.
• Johann Zeger (3/5): Eine gute "Studentenbude" - Kein Frühstück. Lage ausgezeichnet für Stadterkundung. Liegt in einem eher abgewohnten Studentenviertel. Der Vermieter ist jung und dynamisch mit netter Ausstrahlung und recht hilfsbereit. Die ins Zimmer gebaute Nasszelle ist geräumig, allerdings ging uns in der zweiten Nacht das Warmwasser aus und erschien auch nicht wieder. Das Zimmer (kein Appartment !!) war im zweiten Stock eines Hinterhauses, welches gerade renoviert wurde. Der Zugang zum Haustor von der Strasse durch ein anderes Haus und über einen unebenen, dafür unbeleuchteten, Hof war gefährdend. Bei Ankunft mussten wir uns durch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter wühlen und warten bis "frisch" geputzt wurde. Im Zimmer sind nur rudimentäre Ansätze einer "Küche" vorhanden (Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, auch einiges Porzellan). Es gibt nur einen winzigen Schreibtisch als Esstisch für drei Leute völlig ungeeignet.

The stairway leading to the room is unimpressive and it doesn't really get much better, the bathroom was okay but the rest of the property was not of a good standard, it needs updating. I have stayed at lots of hotels, apartments and hostels around the world and this property is not "deluxe"
• Alexander (8/5): The location was fantastic. I would stay here again - we were pleasantly surprised when we went upstairs to the apartment. The apartment was clean spacious and comfortable. We would have liked a washing machine for clothes and we couldn’t get the TV to work.

Lovely little balcony too. Nothing not to like, although the living room is also the main bedroom and fifth persons bed so worth noting as it’s a sofa bed.

Our hosts were very helpful before and during our stay with recommendations for places to eat and drink. The accommodation is basic, but has everything you need and is clean and tidy. Its best feature is its location - so close to everywhere! Just a short walk from the train station and all shops/bars and restaurants. It was an excellent place to stay for our 2 nights in Ljubljana!

Very professional and helpful host. Would definitely recommend this to anyone choosing to stay in the centre of Ljubljana. It is very close to solid parking options, so it's easy to arrive by car as well.

• rosie w-t (6/5): Expensive for what you get - The apartment was on the second floor and the entry instructions were easy to follow. The host kindly allowed us to store our bags in the room hours before check in. The location was good at the top of the centre of the city. The room description states there is a kitchenette. There is no kitchenette. Only a small fridge and a kettle. No coffee making machine. So we had to eat our takeaway dinner at the small desk in the room. The fitout needs a lot of improvement.

• Fernanda (7/5): Ottima base per esplorare il centro di Lubiana. - La posizione molto comoda ma anche tranquilla (in un’area pedonale, vicina a tutti i punti di interesse per muoversi a piedi o in bici). Molto luminoso e comodo. Piuttosto pulito. La comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice e quasi sempre efficace. Le indicazioni per trovare l’ingresso dell’edificio non erano molto chiare e se si segue Google maps si arriva dalla parte sbagliata. L’appartamento è in uno stabile in cui stanno facendo dei lavori, e lo stesso per gli edifici vicini, quindi c’era il cantiere, la polvere etc. Lo stabile stesso è ancora da rinnovare. Il vialetto di accesso è buio. Infine non è un vero e proprio appartamento, ma una stanza - molto ampia - con bagno (nessuna possibilità di cucinare o anche solo scaldare qualcosa). Le finestre danno su un garage (anche quello in cantiere). Il rapporto qualità prezzo potrebbe essere migliore.

• Mark (8/5): Great stay in Ljubljana - The apartment is very conveniently situated, only a short walk from the bus station and the GoOpti pick-up point. The beds are comfortable and the host was very accommodating. There were some signs of use from previous tenants that could have been cleaned better.

• Zoe (5/5): Passable - The location was great in old town. Minutes walking from main attractions. We felt cat fished. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures. The building was under construction (I.e. exposed chords and pipes in the hallway, dust, construction equipment everywhere) and we were woken up at 7:30am by construction. This was not disclosed ahead of time. For the price, this was unacceptable. We were able to drop our stuff off early, but when we arrived after check in, there were 30 bugs flying in the room (because the host left the window open) and we had to manually swat them out. The description says there is a kitchenette but there is only a kettle and a fridge that was not plugged in. Limited hot water. Fine for short stays where you basically only sleep in the room.

Felt like you were far away from the city because it was peaceful, even though you were right in the middle of it! Comfortable for our family. • Maria (1/5): Dirty, Mouldy and Disgusting - Nothing, I have added many pictures as evidence for this review, concerningly these are not appearing, however I have them available on demand to whoever would like to see these and Booking.com also has these as part of my complaints number with them (Reference: 4512583009). Awful treatment by Nick & Klaras Apartments. I left the room 15 minutes after arriving due to unhygienic, dirty conditions and the property being incorrectly described as a ‘deluxe studio’ with ‘kitchenette’ facilities. The owner refuses to refund and refuses to answer the phone when Booking.com has called him multiple times over the past two weeks. Dirty conditions: The ENTIRE fridge is covered in BLACK MOULD, from the doors to the shelves to the back wall. There was also food splatter, hair and a random can of beer left behind in it. The freezer also has black mould, food splatter and hair in it. The fridge has not been cleaned in MONTHS for such a buildup of mould and dirt to accumulate. When I saw this disgusting fridge, I did not feel comfortable staying somewhere where such OBVIOUS DIRT is being ignored, because what else is being ignored… The mattress was stained and yellow with hair on it, the pillows were also stained and yellow, the clothes drawers were dusty and had hair in them and the toilet has dried urine splatter on it, clearly showing this place has not been cleaned. Not a studio: There is no kitchenette and therefore the room also has been mis-sold as a studio apartment, which it is not. Apart from a kettle and mouldy fridge, you have to move a full-length mirror aside to access some plastic cutlery clumsily thrown in a basket and some plates. In the lower draws, there is a squashed box of cling film and an empty plastic bag, forgotten about and again showing the room is not checked. Poor owner behaviour: I called Booking immediately after leaving the room. They called the owner explaining why I am requesting a refund, due to the dirt and unhygienic conditions. The owner denied anything was dirty and so Booking.com asked me to provide pictures. Since I provided photographic evidence and a description of my experience, the owner has refused to answer any of Booking.com calls, taken my money and completely ignored me.

It's spacious, very clean, has all you will need for a comfortable stay. The owner is responsive and helpful, he accommodated our requests without hesitating.
