Ando (10/5): Amazing location and very comfortable for an unforgettable beach vacation. - The owner met us with only 45 min advance notice (we had issues with the previous place, so we took Versilia Residence as replacement at 8PM). Everything was very smooth, the host was friendly and polite. The apartment was in an amazing location - across the road you have several restaurants, beach clubs, also public (free) beach in just 150m. Small grocery shops around some corners (look in Google, you'll find them). Wounderful experience! There were no trash bins under the sink - just plastic bags, but you need to sort the trash into 3 or 4 different bags. So that is something I hope the host can solve. Also parking is very difficult on the street as there are just no spaces available.
Darekc (10/5): Absolutely excellent apartment - it can be used as a benchmark for other apartments! - The apartment is absolutely perfect - modern, well-organized and with great equipment. The location is excellent - on the first line from the sea, in a very nice part of Versiilia. The public beach is very close. There are two bikes that you can freely use - you can ride them on a wonderful bike path along the sea. The windows are soundproof and you can hardly hear anything from the outside. However, on the staircase, there is some machine (water pump?) that makes cyclical and a little annoying noises that you can hear in the late evening when it gets quiet. Fortunately, the machine stops working during the night.
