- Ockerse (7/5): Good - Location was amazing Beds were very uncomfortable
- Peter (9/5): Superb - It is near the station and the room was spacious.
The host gave a good instructions how to check in. Some towels were not clean. It would be nice if there are more soap. Still I would recommend it.
- Ailie (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, basic and functional Shower bracket was broken
Toilet seat was broken
Shower door handle was broken
Kitchen sink plug was broken
- Ania (9/5): Superb -
- Małgorzata (10/5): Wonderful place :) - The interior design is as beautiful as in the pictures. There is also an addition of a variety of household devices such as iron, washing machine etc., the kitchen is also fully equipped. It was generally quite clean and not drastically far from the city center or public transportation. But the thing that had my heart stolen was a lovely staircase leading to the flat :) One of the reservations we had was actually the usage of the door... There is a specific way to close them, which was not known to us before, so we had a bit of a heart attack for a moment. Fortunately, the person taking emergency calls was of much help and the crisis was swiftly averted. Another minor minus was the lack of duvet cover for a person sleeping on the sofa.
- Olha (7/5): Good - Good location, clearances, cool bed Need to fix problems with bathroom
- Pavel (8/5): Very good -
- Josef (5/5): Passable - There was quite a lot of equipments, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner and so.
Communication with the keeper.
Good location, not far from tepid culture opportunities, sightseeing. Photos do not match the reality, the entrance to the house smells really bad, definitely the absolute opposite od what the photos offer when talking about the cleanliness. Glasses, plates were dirty, broken doors inside the shower also the holder for the shower head was broken. Dirty, unwashed bed blanket.
- Tamara (1/5): Bad - Besides nice looking apartment, you can’t contact the property if you have any issues. Unfortunately, we had issues such as difficulty getting in the building, locking the apartment door, mold and dirt in every corner of the building, drilling and renovating that starts at 8AM, and inability to open a window during our whole stay (3 days) because of the dust but also the fact that literal bricks were falling down during renovating process which was not even mentioned by property owners. The Hungarian number you get on the Booking doesn’t have any application through which you could call and they still haven’t responded to my messages from three days ago. It seems like a small issue given the issues mentioned above, but dirty dishes and unhygienic kettle whose metal pieces fall off while boiling the water are also some issues you’re going to experience here.
- Lada (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (7/5): A beautiful but tiny apartment with ok facilities and a great location for the park with ice skating - The apartment was a beautiful though very small space. We really liked it, the beds were comfortable the shower was good and the space heated up very quickly. We loved the old building courtyard and staircase. A couple more rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated. Nobody wants to go searching for shops for toilet roll over Christmas. A couple of tea towels would have been handy too. If there is a kitchen and crockery there should be the means of cleaning and drying them.
We were unfortunate to get a power outage for half a day while it was snowing outside. This wasn’t anything anyone could do anything about but I think the owner could have made an effort to find out about the outage and let us know how long it was likely to be. Instead he asked us to look up about it whilst having no WiFi no Hungarian and no idea who the provider was.
