• Patryk (10/5): Miejsce idealne do zatrzymania się w Mediolanie! - Apartament był bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony i po prostu bardzo ładny – dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach. Kontakt z właścicielem był bezproblemowy i bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja jest idealna – Brera to najpiękniejsza dzielnica Mediolanu, pełna klimatycznych uliczek i restauracji. W okolicy jest mnóstwo miejsc, gdzie można dobrze zjeść, a także sklepy i metro w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Dodatkowym plusem jest sklep spożywczy oddalony zaledwie 2 minuty od mieszkania. Zdecydowanie polecam! Jedynym minusem jest brak windy w budynku, więc może to być problematyczne dla osób, które nie mogą wchodzić po schodach.

• Eleonora (2/5): Unpleasant stay - Only the location was perfect … everything else a nightmare We checked in at 4 pm and found the house completely dirty. We tried calling the owner several times, but they never answered. Instead, we only received a text saying there was an issue with the cleaning service and that we should leave and come back in another hour , with no apology whatsoever. When we returned, the house was only partially cleaned. The shower was still dirty, and on top of that, there was a strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom, which made the stay very unpleasant.

Relazionarmi con i gestori del BnB è stata una delle esperienze più frustranti che mi siano mai capitate. Il soggiorno è andato abbastanza bene, anche se l'appartamento era sporco e alcune cose non funzionavano, ma ahimé i veri problemi sono iniziati quando me ne sono andato. Senza scendere troppo nei dettagli per rispettare la privacy, l'atteggiamento dei gestori a fronte di una mia richiesta lecita e già concordata a inizio soggiorno ha sfociato in toni minacciosi al di là di qualsiasi minimo buonsenso. Non augurerei a nessuno di avere a che fare con questa struttura.
• Guest (6/5): - Der Standort des Airbnb war super und hat somit alles gerettet!! Das Airbnb war extrem dreckig!!! Das einizge vlt saubere war der Bettbezug!! Alles was dreckig sein konnte wart dreckig! Vom Teppich im Wohnzimmer bis zum Sofa, Badezimmer, Küche etc. Im Schlafzimmer gab es wie eine Kammer wo der Besitzer des Airbnb alle Putzmittel hatte da waren Berge an dreckiger Bettwäsche!! Es war nur eine Rolle Klopapier im Bad, keine mini Duschwartikel oder was auch immer… Für den Preis für 150€ pro Nacht spiegelt es das Airbnb nicht wieder!!!
• Roxana (6/5): Great location, but the place should be a lot cleaner and up to date. - The location is amazing, Brera is a beautiful area with restaurants and small boutiques. Clean bedsheets and towels. The apartment was definitely a nice one when first open, probably. I also enjoyed opening the building door and apartament door through a phone app, but if you're out all day and are suddenly left with no battery, you're in big trouble, there is no other way to get inside. The apartament does not look like the pictures, the pictures are probably from years back when everything was new and spotless. Now it seemed like it had seen better days, cleaning wasn't done properly at all, dust everywhere, the plates were all full of grease, not comfortable using anything from the kitchen. They pride themselves when you do the very complicated online check-in with being clean and also offering Ferragamo toiletries among other things, none of this was true for us, no toiletries AT ALL, just a couple of empty bottles left behind by the previous people who were there. There is a coffee machine but no coffee pods and no shop around to get some or even knowing which pods are the right ones, so it was unusable. The toilet has water running through it all the time, so it is very noisy.

• Carsten (3/5): - The location is perfect I feel convinced that the owner does his best to create a cozy apartment. But there are things that need to be improved. For example, the owner should read the reviews here on booking.com. In that case, we wouldn't have this feedback: ⦁ The kitchen utensils were dirty, dusty and greasy. And it was old dirt (can be documented with photos), so not from recent guests. ⦁ Both refrigerators (new and old) were dirty with old dirt stuck to them. ⦁ There were long hairs and dust on the floor in every room. ⦁ An old blood stain on the sheet. Apart from that clean sheets and towels. ⦁ The toilet is leaking and runs 24/7, so you have to close all doors AND put a towel over it if you don't want to hear it at night. ⦁ A strange smell of a mix of mold and scented sticks. And then there are really a lot of cleaning products in the cupboard - so they seems not to be used. The above is very strange considering the very thorough process of approving us as prospective customers. We had specifically chosen the apartment to have the opportunity to cook there. But it was completely impossible, so we had to eat all our meals in cafes and restaurants. The standard of the apartment in general and because of the above, the apartment is far too expensive - it should only cost half as much. With a little effort - fixing minor errors and shortcomings, and especially ensuring proper cleaning - a stay in this apartment might be ok.

The facilities were just what we wanted and the accommodation is beautiful. It enhanced the trip as this was our third city location on the journey and was our favourite. Thank you
• George (9/5): Superb - Roomy apartment with excellent location. Narrow stairs to the apartment. If you have large luggage pieces, you will have a hard time as there is no elevator.
• Lee-anne (9/5): Charming well appointed apartment close to all amenities. - Very comfortable nicely decorated apartment close to the Metro shops and the park. The check in process was very tedious. I struggled to get responses to my questions. Also all the instructions for the appliances are in a digital book with QR codes which you cant scan if you only have 1 electronic device. Printed instructions or written digital instructions would be more helpful.

• Евгения (7/5): I would like the owner to be more friendly :( - The apartment is in my favorite area of ​​Brera, I love staying in such cozy apartments, in reality the apartment is like in the photo! everything was perfect, the only thing was that there was no warm blanket, and the apartment became very cold in the evening. I found a blanket in the closet and turned on the air conditioner. if you have large suitcases and are alone like me, I will note that the entrance is very narrow and I had to drag the suitcases up 3 floors, without an elevator :( it was sad. I was a little sick and wanted to check out a little later. but the owners were very strict and made me leave exactly at 10 o'clock. it was unpleasant and sad. unfortunately I will not come back here again. Although the apartment was wonderful! I will also note that earlier check-in is also not available, I was in the city at 10 am, the owner was mean and did not even allow me to bring my suitcase in a couple of hours earlier. to say that my vacation was ruined. I don't know, but I would like the owner to be more friendly :(
• Igor (3/5): Poor - Perfect location but very close to the railroad so all street noise and tram noise is in apartment. The apartment is located next to the railroad, so all the street and tram noise can be heard inside. Additionally, construction at the neighboring house is very loud from 9:00 AM. The apartment was not clean, and the bedding was not prepared. The sheets were unwashed. It was also very cold inside, as the air conditioning did not work for heating. The shower was leaking very close to the washing machine, which poses a high risk of electrical shock.

• Nailya (8/5): Our stay was comfortable and nice - The location was great. Communication with owners was very good, they provided prompt and clear responses to my questions. All the instructions for check in and check out were clear and we managed to follow them straight away without any problems. The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Just an advice for improvements: -Windows soundproofing. Noise outside in the night was sometimes really disturbing. -There was a coffee machine in the apartment, but we couldn’t use it with the coffee capsules we found there. It would be good if the owners could arrange the proper ones. -It would be good to have a couple of bottles of water as a welcome gesture in the apartment.
