• Susan (5/5): Enjoyed our break in Birmingham but the apartment was certainly not luxurious. - The apartment was in a very scruffy area. The bed upstairs was very uncomfortable, we had to sleep in the lounge area. There was no handwash in either bathroom. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen area. There were old drinks left in the fridge. Thought £30 was very expensive for early check-in.

• Wayne (8/5): It was ok. - Location was ok. Apartment was good. Couldn’t park on the property, was told fob was left on kitchen worktop, it was not, fob on key opened pedestrian gate not car park gate.

• Alana (1/5): Horrible, daylight robbery. - It’s a nice layout, very contemporary. It was disgustingly dirty, we had to order cleaning products and clean the place ourselves. Even sleeping in the bed was a dread because there were stains. The microwave was disgusting, wouldn’t use it EVER, it needed replacing it was so gross. The parking fob was ‘missing’ so we had to park on the street, the host suggested we parked on double yellows when there was no street parking available. I could go on, absolutely horrendous avoid at all costs.

• Latavia (4/5): Poor, hosts were no help and did not communicate well - Nothing Not clean, there was alot of things that were unsatisfactory including washing in the machines and mould
• Courtney (2/5): Unclean, uncomfortable, wouldn’t return. - Good location 15 minute walk to the Utilita stadium and town. Very unclean, mess left from previous guests of balloons, confetti ect. Stains over sofas, bedding, counters. The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and was left with no clean, dry sheets, quilt or pillows for this, two guests had to share a thin small throw you’d use for the end of a bed and it was freezing even with heating. Washing machine was on when arrived with some towels and a sheet in but was damp. Parking space unreachable, this wasn’t communicated until we rang on arrive luckily we got a car spot on the side of the street but didn’t feel 100% safe leaving our car out when we had booked a secure space. Shower didn’t work so unable to shower which would have been a bigger issue if there longer than 1 night.
• Tionne (2/5): BAD - Nothing Used sheets, delayed cleaner still in property after 3pm. Owner is threatening and horrible to guest for decorating place although it doesn’t state you can not do so.
• Tionne (5/5): Horrible never again - I have stayed at this property before and it was only bed sheets clearly used but apart from that no problems The property owner is a disgrace to booking.com and threatened me while he is grown and I’m 20 as my partner had put a few balloons a rose petals for our anniversary which we didn’t think there would be a problem as it doesn’t state we can’t.. he has then phoned me the next day harassing and threatening me saying I should’ve cleaned it up and that he will deal with me which I think is a huge over exaggeration when there was no criminal damage! Do not stay here host is unprofessional and if yu do bring yur own linen bed sheets as they smells used and looks used

Easy enough to cook a meal with the limited utensils provided Netflix and WiFi available Bed was super comfortable Easily accessible Safe parking Good instructions on how to access property Cleaning lady was super friendly Easily accessible to local shops Over all, it is perfect for two people, very cozy. Appliances work well except for extractor fan for cooking. Good value for money, would recommend for a short stay and will book again if needed Floors where sticky and dirty Most of the dishes where dirty so had to be cleaned before being used Hand wash was basically just water No sponges or cloths to clean counter tops Loud neighbours but I dont think that is the property owners fault as its a student area Shower pressure was awful Overall, the goods outweigh the bads. Would recommend this property

• Clare (8/5): Good stay - The added parking for near central Birmingham is a massive plus point for the apartment. The bed was comfortable and plenty of space. Nice that there was tea, coffee and sugar available on arrival. Just needs a few extra touches like tea towels, oven gloves and maybe wifi.

• Sarah (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable, we will be back - We loved everything about this property!! We walked from digbeth coach station to the apartment as we needed to stretch our legs after the four hour coach journey but it was a pleasant walk around 15-20 mins, we used google maps to help us get there but walking back to coach station we didn’t even need it really easy to find our way back. The apartment itself was perfect it had everything we needed to tea coffee milk sugar even had extension leads and really comfy beds . Two bathrooms !!! It was clean and spacious!!! And using the electronic key system was easy to use. Absolutely nothing !!!!
• Hannah (5/5): Average apartment with potential to be good, good hosts, but not luxury or value for the money unfor - Location was great, parking and key handover was secure and easy, hosts were great communicating through the booking and arrival process. Definitely not luxury as advertised. Wet towels provided, no bed sheet for sofa bed. Cleanliness lacking, dirty cutlery and plates/cups in cupboards. Very old/worn sponge under sink which could have easily been replaced for washing up. Dishwasher but no tablets. Grill but no tea towel or handle or glove etc. Soaps needed at sinks - extremely watered down fairy liquid only which was no use. Table in living area dirty. Washing machine was full and going until around 7/8pm which was noisy given open duplex apartment, this should not be going during guests stay.
• Alex (4/5): Not good enough, but has potential to be a great stay. - The Parking was secure, the access on the street was easy. Location wasn’t amazing, pretty run down area with two closed down pubs. But a 10 minute taxi ride we was in the centre, so not too much of an issue. The room is nice and is very modern looking but…. The room didn’t look like it had been cleaned. We had a group of 4 people, so needed 1 double bed and two singles. There was a large sofa, a double bed and double sofa bed, but only 2 quilts and pillow sets. Only 1 sheet on the double bed. (Later found that some sheets was in the washing machine) the kitchen had no forks, a few spoons and knives, 2 glasses, 3 mugs and about 5 plates, 2 bowls and 2 pans. No cooking utensils at all. We had to go out and buy another quilt, some forks and some glasses because the owner wasn’t interested in helping us out when this was addressed over the phone. So that cost me an hour and some stress during my stay. The place is lovely, so it’s a shame it’s not been looked after for new guests.

• Phebe (10/5): would definitely stay here again - So spacious, the bedding was soft and comfy, everywhere was lovely and clean. The host was very easy to get hold of and made all instructions clear, couldn’t have been any nicer.
