Nice, clean flat. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar and more provided. We didn’t needed to buy much apart form food as there was everything that we needed already in the flat. Lots of family table games, which I thought was great idea. Toiletries, towels, paper towels, washing up liquid etc…👍 Only knocking a point as I had to clean the shelves in the wardrobe before putting my clothes in, as it was very dusty, also hair dryer would have been amazing if was there. Sofa bed was very hard to sleep on for 3 nights, but only if you used to soft bed ☺️
• Christian (8/5): A nice flat with own garden, great for a longer family stay in London. - The apartment has direct access to a beautiful garden and is in a quiet location. It has a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, microwave, gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, a few basic pots and pans). It's a great place to sit together, eat and relax. There is also a washing machine and dryer - so it's great to reduce your luggage. The bed in the bedroom has a decent mattress and the two of us slept well there. There are 2 single beds in the living room, where our client slept. The living room was therefore a children's room and playroom. The apartment is pleasantly cool, especially in the warm summer. For reference: We paid 2100£ (2500€) for a 11-night stay, also ~191£ (227€) per night. The cleanliness in the bathroom is average, at our time the holder of the shower head was broken (will probably be replaced soon). The shower tray and the seals should be renovated. The kitchen (otherwise really good) lacks a proper set of pots and pans, and the faucet leaks from time to time.

• S (8/5): Thank you for providing a comfortable and pleasant accommodation experience. - I recently stayed at this lovely flat in Woolwich with my parents, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. We used this location as our base to explore London, and I wanted to share some feedback. The flat itself was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, and the living area was comfortable and spacious. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden. It provided a serene environment for morning coffee and evening relaxation, which my parents particularly enjoyed. However, there was one downside to our stay: the steps leading to the flat. They were quite inconvenient for my elderly parents and made coming and going a bit challenging for them. It would be beneficial if there were some provisions for easier access for elderly or disabled guests.
• Reene (8/5): 3 nights stay - Lot of space, multiple bathrooms, separate bedrooms. Kitchen was our favorite room in this house. For business there were too few wardrobe closets and clothes hangers. House was quite chilly even after we turned up the heat. The single bed mattress was not comfy, one could feel the springs. Not well cleaned, garbage behind living room couch and the drawer handles in the kitchen were not clean either.
• Krithika (8/5): Ideal location, sufficient rooms and facilities for our group - We had a good stay at the house as we were there for a concert at the O2 Arena. The location is ideal, to visit some of the attractions. The bus stop is right across the road.There are shops and eateries nearby. Instructions for accessing the key was clear and the host was welcoming. He also allowed us to check out slightly late. The house is spacious, with all facilities. It was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. The back garden is beautiful and we could sit there with our coffee in the morning. The beds were comfy and we had a good night's rest. Would certainly recommend. The rooms are in multiple levels and the garden has a few steps so may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
