• Andrea (10/5): - Clean and big room for family, laundry machine and aircondition. Great place for arrivel at kuching, even for longer stay, 15 min walk to town. Pool is only open from 10 am to 5 pm.

• LC Lim (9/5): CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE UNIT. WOULD LOVE TO BE BACK. - Clean and comfortable. Would love to be back. However, take note that this unit does not have an assigned parking lot. We are to park at visitor car park on first come first serve basis. You might need to park your car at the lobby upstairs or riverine mall basement but with parking charges, if parking is full. NIL

• Siandida (8/5): - Die Wohnung liegt an einer ruhigen Lage. Sie ist geräumig und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Die Wohnung ist spärlich eingerichtet. Das Geschirr war schmutzig. Das Wasser in den Duschen war nur lauwarm. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack etwas hart. Wenn man duschte gab es eine kleine Überschwemmung.

• Hartini (7/5): You get what you pay for. - Plenty of space for the kids to run around. River view at night from balcony is great. No dryer therefore our clothes doesn't get dry on time. Especially when it's raining almost everyday.

• John (9/5): Superb - All the facilities were excellent Not too many restaurants and bars close too. Grab taxis were so reasonable we could get into centre really quickly
• Kok (5/5): Overall it's comfortable. - The room reeked of urine when we first opened the door such tat we have to buy a room spray to freshen up the place. No identification of shampoo or conditioner nor body wash on the dispensers. No hair dryer available too. No floor mat outside common toilet. Floor mat outside room were damp & smelly. Cups were dirty too.

It is NOT a two bedroom as indicated in the details given - I purposely booked the unit because the details provided said it is a two bedroom apartment, with two double beds in bedroom 1, one double bed in bed room 2 & one sofa bed in the living area. But instead it was only a one bedroom apartment ie two studios attached, one used as a bedroom to place two double bed one used as a living room to place a double bed , sofa bed & dinning table. It schocked us when we saw the apartment and caused us great aekwardness & inconviniences as our group consist if two families especially to the couple who had to sleep in the living area with other group members had to inevitably use the area too. The host refused to take the responsibility & blame us for not looking at the details when i actually scrutinize all the info & photo & none indicate that there is no bedroom 2 & the double bed is actually in the living area together with the dinning set & sofa bed. The host then blame booking.com for the wrong info. I seldom write reviews but i am writing to avoid others suffer the same predicament as we did.

• Olivia (10/5): Loved it! - We really enjoyed our stay here. Salsa was great, very accommodating and helpful. The apartment itself is super cosy and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy and even provided neck pillows. Can’t fault it, thank you 🩷 We found it a bit tricky to find the pool area, turns out it’s actually quite easy to get to it from the apartment! Once we got to the pool, it had a great view & we even had the pool to ourselves.

• Colin (9/5): Comfortable, spacious, secure, quiet - We had the family suite with a connecting door between two apartments. Large comfortable rooms. Very quiet at end of corridor. Secure . Couch is well past it's best ... Very lumpy. No hand towels or tea towels. No hot water in basins. 1 plastic knife. No glasses. Pool a little slimey and no deck chairs or shade. A bit distant from the city, but very cheap Grab trip.

• Pinc (8/5): Very good - The host gave a very clear instructions upon key collection. Overall, we do enjoy our stay there. The location was good as near to most of the places we wanted to go. Thanks host for the quick sos when our toilet papers were near finish. Is worth staying there. Would appreciate if the host can give us extra access card as they were 3 of us and occasionally it was hassle when we want to go out at different time.

Thank you - Travelled with husband, mom & 2 kids. 2 double beds in one room were sufficient for me, my mom & kids while hubby got the entire living room space which is fitted with another double bed. We spent a lot of time in the balcony which has a lovely view of the river, while my elder kid was stuck to the sofa & tv (with Netflix!). Kitchen was sufficiently equipped with utensils. Rented a car so transport wasn’t an issue. There is an evening food court/market within a 5min walking distance. Perhaps include a fan in the apartment in case guests don’t want to have the air con on 24/7
