- Ianniello (10/5): - Nice clean rooms, quiet location. No breakfast
- Max (7/5): -
- Ron (7/5): Okay place to stay for a visit. - Location Could smell cigarette smoke in the hallway.
- Devren (8/5): Was a pleasant stay - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful were a joy to meet
- Christopher (9/5): -
- kelly (3/5): - Good location. One of the beds was clearly not changed before we checked In. Sheets had bread crumbs and what appeared to be pepper on the sheet when I pulled back the comforter. I didn’t complain and just slept on top. Honestly I was just too tired from driving and didn’t feel like changing rooms. The second night we got back too late from the race.

- Judy (10/5): My stay was great overall. Would stay here again - Close to where I needed to be The beds were soft but slid down between bedframe when sat on

- Amanda (9/5): Great except for having to go to the lobby to use the public restroom Because mine wouldn't flush. - Everything was great.. no issues.. The toilet wouldn't flush completely. It kept over flowing and to the clerks fixing of the problem wS she gave me a plunger and said be sure to bring it back.
- Joseph L. (10/5): Friendly staff and nice, clean room. - The room looked like it had been renovated recently. It was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The hallway leading to my room smelled like cigarette smoke however my room smelled clean. I’d suggest replacing the carpet in the hallway with the flooring that my room had.
- Tiffany (8/5): -
- Whiting (7/5): Friendly, reasonable price, clean. - No breakfast or coffee. Basic room with comfortable bed and mattress. Bathroom clean. Lots of late night noise and dogs

- Eller (2/5): Grateful to have a place to lay my head down but I won’t be staying there again. - Location The room was so damp that my medications stuck together. It was filthy and unkept.
- Dwight (9/5): -
- Gary Venning (4/5): It served it's purpose in providing accommodation but the room was dirty. - There was no breakfast and the coffee facilities were very basic. The room was very dirty with chips on the floor behind the bed and fridge. No laundry facilities.
- Whitt (6/5): I won't stay here again! - They don't do the free breakfast anymore, but it was extremely quiet until I was woke up at 2am with someone drunk banging on my door and demanding that we go party with him!! Could have been more towels and pillows and a larger TV.
- James (10/5): -
- Aleks (7/5): -
- DeLung (7/5): - Room was great, but the smell in lobby and halls was horrible. Smell
- Kimberly (10/5): - The room had plenty of space, it was very clean. The staff were very nice. Nothing
- James (10/5): - Clean they have remodel the rooms very nice
- Blake (10/5): -

- Sharlene (5/5): Passable - Good location to Johnson County Airport. Smoke smell was pretty strong throughout the hotel. Moldy shower/tub. No breakfast offered. People hanging around at the back of the hotel...smoking, etc. It was an uncomfortable feeling using the back entrance to the hotel. The back exit door was taped so you didn't need a key to enter the building.
- Loretta (8/5): Very good -
- Haley (3/5): I wouldn’t stay here again no matter the price - Not much at all The floor next to the bed was soaking wet because the AC was leaking terribly. no microwave, the bathtub had mold. the walls are extremely thin.
- Oleksandr (7/5): Good -
- Brenda (6/5): Pleasant - The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The room was clean. I booked due to pool and breakfast. And I got there, and the pool was closed and no longer due breakfast. It should be taken on your website.
- Anne (5/5): Passable - The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. It said on Booking.com that they had breakfast, but it did not. It also stated that it had a pool, but it was closed and had been for a while. The property was not maintained. The yard needed to be mowed and the weeds were high around the building.
- Plemmons (7/5): Good -
- Joanne (7/5): Good -
- Brandon (5/5): Passable - Location..room No breakfast, no pool. These ended 3 yrs ago.
- Douglas (1/5): Awful awful awful - There were bugs in the bed and sheets dirty
- John (7/5): It was ok if your just looking for a place to sleep. - The price was good for the hotel. Could have coffee and microwaves in the room.
- Steven (2/5): Needs major updating - Location and price were spot on for my needs. The mold on the blackout drapes and the bathtub. I have an acute upper respiratory infection that my doctor believes came from mold in that room. I was fine Saturday morning, but woke up Sunday morning with the beginning of what I have now. My meds alone cost more than my 2 nights' stay. Never again.
- John (3/5): Poor -
- Vogt (8/5): Very good - The place was clean.nice ppl.didnt have to wear to much about the area The pool wasn't open
- Jasmine (8/5): Very good -
- Amber (5/5): Lackluster - The bathroom was really not clean with mold in and around the shower area as well as grime between the tiles. Also, no wash cloths were provided.
- Lewis (8/5): Good place - Room was clean and comfortable. Good shower. Air conditioning worked.
- Hughes (8/5): Very good -
- Kimberly (9/5): Weekend trip - It was quite, clean and worked for the trip we made that weekend. The staff were very nice and pleasant.
- Hart (2/5): Going to stay somewhere else next time. - The staff was super nice We did not have a key to our door. They had to keep letting is into our room bc they didn't have one to work for that for or something like that also the window opened fully on the 1st floor. We was also fearful because of the "activities" going on in the parking lot.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly staff and clean rooms, plenty of towels
- Scholten (8/5): Very good -
- Jody (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosemary (6/5): Pleasant -
- Iva (9/5): Superb -
- Loretta (9/5): Superb -
- Iva (8/5): Very good -
- James (9/5): Superb - Quiet, clos to were I was doing visiting, Have bad knees that do not bend would be nice if the camode wasn't so low to floor
- Loretta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Loretta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eddie (7/5): I was only there for about eight hours. - access to rooms was very easy. Ratty curtains, not enough outlets, no in-room coffee, breakfast was just coffee.
- Iva (8/5): Very good - The staff was excellent… housekeeping was absolutely the best.
- Max (8/5): Very good - Glass pane broken on outside window in our room.
- James (5/5): It was a place to sleep and shower. - Despite what the listing says, this hotel does not offer any kind of breakfast. Also, the room had a small refrigerator, but there was no clock radio, microwave, or coffeemaker in the room. It's the only hotel in town, but it's seriously lacking even the most basic features.
- Jasmine (8/5): Very good -
- Rick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rita (7/5): Good - Price and good location for our travel purposes. Smell of cigarettes and pot was a bit overwhelming in the hallway.
- Penny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anuar (5/5): Passable -
- Max (9/5): Superb -
- Steven (8/5): I would recommend this one and I would definitely be back - This Americorps compared to the Americorps iñ Kingsport Tennessee is like night and day Jekyll and Hyde Everything there was great 10 times better than the one in Tennessee never stay there again
- Traci (8/5): Very good -
- Gaineysgirl (8/5): Nice visit! - Price was right. Location was great! Super friendly staff everything was clean. Furnishings were dated. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.
- Teresa (9/5): I will be staying there again. - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and room was clean. I was impressed with the laminated faux wood floors- no nasty carpet like so many other hotels. I wasn’t prepared for the drive to Mountain City. The curvy roads and the small town took me by surprise. Once I calmed down the hotel became very comforting.
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional -
- Penny (10/5): We enjoyed our stay very much even if it was for one night. We definitely would stay here again. - Rooms were up to date, very clean, smelled clean, very comfortable bed, we slept extremely well. Good location and fairly quiet. Very friendly staff. Bathroom could use a little work on it, just a bulb hanging from ceiling, sink counter top was busted, but it was extremely clean so that’s really all that matters.
- Thomas (7/5): Good - No real cream for coffee
- Shelley (10/5): Great place - Staff is wonderful and very attentive. Nothing
- Robert (3/5): Poor -
- Emily (10/5): It was wonderful. Quiet and out of the way but close enough to town. Great room and staff! - Everything was great. They don't have free breakfast anymore due to the people they used to get breakfast from said that they had to get a minimum of 20 boxes of meals every day and they just can't afford it. But they do have free coffee and a microwave and toaster for if you would like to warm anything up. The lobby was so cozy and inviting. I didn't see the cat but apparently he was outside running around. Overall, the room was very good. No bugs or weird stains at all. Honestly, there wasn't anything that I didn't like. The dog that was in the room beside us barked a little much but it quit after a while.
- Dakota (4/5): Convenient for our business we was doin in town to help with the hurricane cleanup - The pricing The comfort of the bed barely got any rest also there was a homeless guy at the back so I was constantly looking out
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (4/5): It was cool I only needed a few hours of sleep - It was convenient at the time my stay was only a few hours literally buttt it does need a lil more maintenance It needs more maintenance
- Sonya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elaine (5/5): Passable - Staff was nice, coffee good. Hotel and room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Bathroom in need of update.
- Eileen (10/5): Felt safe and secure and very peaceful. - We felt comfortable from the get go. The location was off the road a good bit surrounded by pasture and nature. Also, it is close to town by just far enough away to make it extra special. Just perfect!
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Renate (5/5): Ok but might search for a new place for our future visits. - Location is convenient and quiet Room 104 had a bed that is shorter than normal. Mattress was on a frame only. Metal frame completely exposed and the mattress did not fit the frame.
- Williams (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stanton (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (5/5): Passable -
