• Łukasz (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt w pięknej dzielnicy! - Bardzo czysto i przytulnie. Świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie. Doskonała lokalizacja. W zasięgu aż 3 linie metra! Jeżeli ktoś ma problemy z chodzeniem to klatka schodowa jest stroma a mieszkanie jest na 2 piętrze.
• soraya.ns (10/5): Pied-à-terre idéal pour un séjour à Londres - Appartement très propre et spacieux, équipé de tout le nécessaire. Localisation pratique : à quelques minutes à pied des stations Royal Oak et Bayswater et des arrêts de bus vers l'hyper-centre de Londres. Supermarché Waitrose à deux pas et nombreux restaurants à proximité. D'un côté, rue calme, de l'autre, vue sur un beau jardin et ses écureuils. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Les parties communes de l'immeuble (escalier) semblent peu entretenues.

• Daniela Edvige (10/5): ECCEZIONALE - La disponibilità della proprietaria Kat eccezionale Lei è disponibile, flessibile, gentile, simpatica, ospitale, molto amichevole. L'appartamento molto bello, lo senti come se fosse casa tua con tutti i comfort. E' esattamente come lo si vede nelle foto. Posizione eccellente, vicino a fermate BUS e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle fermate della metro Paddington e Bayswater. Tanti locali intorno, grande supermercato e la zona è davvero bella. Lo consiglio senza riserva. Se dovessimo tornare a Londra sceglieremmo nuovamene Stylish One Bed Flat in Paddington. Grazie Kat :) Non c'è nulla che non sia piaciuto a tutta la mia famiglia.

• ALINE (10/5): Host is very responsive to any questions I had, the place was clean and it had everything. - It had everything, close to underground and bus stations, easy to go around and close to Notting Hill and near coffee shops and mini markets. Kat is a great host and we were even able to store our luggage the last day as our flight was at night. Nothing to complain about.
• Ivana (10/5): - Apartman je jako lijep, opremljen sa svime što ti treba, mirno je i nema buke. Nalazi se blizu metroa i dućana, blizu centra je, ima samo par stanica. Jako je blizu Hyde park. Vlasnica je draga i spremna pomoć. Preporučujem Gail’s bakery u blizini:) Jedina mana je što se ulazna vrata od zgrade teže otvaraju.

• Rami (8/5): Great stay in newly decorated flat central London, tho not as quiet as expected. - Beautifully furnished and decorated flat with very comfortable sofa Lovely kitchen. Spotless inside flat. Super clean. Lovely spacious lounge. High ceilings. Windows that open Lovely host. Stairs up to flat were filthy. I was worried when I arrived as to what the flat would be like, but the dirt was luckily only outside. The keys were hard to get as there are in a lock box at ground level. You have to kneel right down and almost put your face on the dirty carpet to see the code to retrieve the key. Garden area outside provided a little buffer from the noisy area. Bring ear plugs . It was worth it to get fresh air though.

• Jose Francisco (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de una parada de metro. El apartamento recién reformado muy cómodo y co todas las cosas necesarias. También había un supermercado y cerca de tiendas de comida. La anfitriona contestaba rápidamente ante cualquier incidencia. En general muy recomendable, de hecho volvería al mismo sitio Sofa cama pequeño para dos personas.

• Jonah (10/5): Comfortable and clean stay in a wonderful location - Super clean, fantastic location, and very comfortable. There are none of the weird quirks you usually find in an airbnb because it is the landlord’s home and they arrange it for rental during the summer. So all the appliances are super nice, everything in the kitchen, bathroom, etc as well. I don’t think you could find a better flat in London. The host is very attentive and responsive and will resolve any requests or issues you have. I highly recommend it!!
• Rhizlane (10/5): Lovely stay in this beautiful and central flat - We enjoyed our stay in this flat, it was well situated closed to many tube stations, restaurants and supermarkets. The flat was well decorated with quality materials, it was really appreciable. We felt like home from day 1. The car parking is at 10 minutes walk but it was ok because we did not need to take the car every days.

• Karen (9/5): Perfect Location. Great Host. - Perfect location - well stocked kitchen. Well decorated. All great! Very responsive host (and as one myself I know it cane be painful). Downstairs front door key won't turn in the lock but host let me in every time remotely.

We specially want to thank our host for her kindness and for making us feel at home. We will definitely come back if we have the occasion!
• Robert (10/5): Great trip to London - Great quiet location with a view into a park in which can see little squirrels and hear little birds singing every morning. It's very near Paddington and Royal Oak station, so you can go anywhere using the London public transport. As we arrived earlier from the airport to the location, our host Kat was so kind to came earlier in the morning to meet us, a big thanks for that Kat. So as we enjoy it we are looking forward to came again in London maybe in to the summer season. #N/A. As we love the location and our host Kat we don't have anything negative to add to this.
