Poco chiare le informazioni sul parcheggio...doveva essere compreso, poj nella email era tutto affittato, e alla richiesta di dove parcheggiare, dopo 3 ore e mezza la risposta che era disponibile sul retro della casa. Dotazione utensili in cucina scarsa...

• FuNvoyage (9/5): - Kleine, nette Wohnung, gut gelegen. Für die Lage angemessener Preis. Gerne wieder! Habe Probleme beim Einchecken gehabt, obwohl ich diese Schlösser kenne. Smart-TV lief nur über Hotspot vom I-PHONE. Kein Problem, da I-Phone sich im WiFi einloggen konnte. Habe einen Esstisch vermisst.

• Brynjar (1/5): - We booked this apartment over Christmas for a family member. On arrival it was clearly not cleaned or prepared. There was used food packaging on the stove, empty drink cans on appliances, used tissues on furniture, an unhygienic bathroom and unmade bed with used bedding. The apartment was in an unacceptable condition and the photos speak for themselves. We tried calling and messaging the host immediately but received no response. We had no choice but to book an expensive last minute hotel due to Christmas prices. The host has remained unreachable and everything had to be handled through Booking.com customer service. This was stressful, costly and completely unacceptable. We do not recommend this place

• Pavlína (6/5): - Dobrá poloha ubytování. Všude blízko. Ubytování bylo až na pár věcí čisté. Bohužel nefungovala pračka a ubytování jsem zamlouvala hlavně kvůli tomu. Majitel ale nabídl, že se na to může přijet podívat. Nakonec jsme prali v ruce , protože nám to přišlo jako rychlejší řešení. Ručníky a utěrky bohužel po použití zatuchle páchli. Stejně tak závěs ve sprše. Na záchodě bylo velice málo místa, ale vzhledem k dispozicím bytu to docela chápu. Nádobí nebylo úplně čisté a v kuchyni byly prázdné obaly po jiných hostech. V obýváku byla zásuvka, která vypadávala.

• Margaret (8/5): Very good - Stylish apartment in a very convenient location for the Havila ferry and the public bus. Quiet neighbourhood in spite of being central, and great that the apartment was a ground floor one. We struggled to get in at first as we didn't realise that there was an unlock button to press following the code. However, when I messaged the host he responded immediately and helped solve our issue.
• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - Very adequate accommodation in an excellent part of the town, close to everything. Michel was quick to reply to messages. Plenty of hot water, good shower. Slight confusion over how to open the door with the keypad (my wife and I, and a Norwegian friend were trying) but we got there. We'd not seen the small 'open padlock' symbol, it was quite low down. The top of the socket by the bed appears slightly broken, it sometimes comes away from the base when there's a charger plugged in. But this is minor.
• Frunko (8/5): Nice, centrally located - Very nice, quiet and clean. It is a semi-basement apartment centraly located. The apartment is accessible with a key and a code. Free parking in front of the house. Centrally located in Harstad. The room is very decorative, however I would have prefered more practicality over the visual appeal. At least two folding chairs and a folding table to eat meals would be nice to have.

• Hanna (8/5): Nice small apartment with everything needed right in city center - Nice location in the city center, and even then peaceful place even when the road is right behind the window. Small apartment there was but everything we needed. Would consider to stay here next time we travel to Harstad. As we arrived the apartment felt very moist, air was not fresh. Opening the windows for a while helped, though. Toilet seat is quite challenging in small corner next to washing machine.
