• Perrine (6/5): Sympa - L’emplacement super , l’appartement en lui même était bien, moderne. Il faut clairement changer d équipe d entretien , four hyper sale, toiles d araignée, peinture effritée due a l humidité … le robinet dans la cuisine qui goûtait tellement que c était impossible de dormir dans le salon… mais surtout le problème c’est que le personnel était hyper absent . Personne n’a répondu à mes messages de problématique . Pire truc : la connexion internet . Le réseau est très mauvais en lui meme à Windsor mais sans internet vraiment galère .

• Pooja (8/5): - Great location. Kindly allowed a late checkout. WiFi was an issue and was unable to complete the work I was meant to complete. Please also look into the leaky tap in the kitchen.

• Lucy (8/5): We had a great few days in Eton, the perfect base for our stay. - The property was clean and modern and had everything you could need for a short stay. The location of the property was fantastic and it was a real bonus to have a parking space to use as public parking is ££££. We would definitely visit again! We had an issue with the fire alarm battery which meant for our first night the fire alarm beeped most of the night. The property was very responsive and fixed the issue the next day, but it may be worth putting the battery replacement on a schedule so other guests don’t experience the same thing!

• Ke (10/5): Great property - Property was great, lots of food options available and can see the top of the castle from the bedroom. Hotels.com didn't send on all of the check in info, so there was a delay in getting in, but the owner of the property was very quick to respond.

• Stephen (8/5): - Very good property and excellent location for us to get into London. Apartment is lovely, however the sofa bed is very firm so was pretty uncomfortable after 2 nights. Table in the property also needs fixing as it is very wobbly. Could also do with some more glasses in the property.

• Richard (10/5): Lovely stay and immaculate apartment. - Lots of room and in a lovely location in Eton. Bedroom was massive with plenty of room for the cot bed. Lots of kitchen equipment and utensils. Lovely glasses etc… milk in the fridge and tea bags to use. We would stay again in a heart beat. Internet wasn’t great but this didn’t concern us and sofa bed slightly hard but our daughter slept fine on it!

• Val (10/5): Lovely stay in a nice modern apartment with parking in ideal location. - Clean,spacious modern apartment with secure covered parking. Good facilities. Smart TV with Netflix. Large fridge-freezer. Dishwasher with tablets provided. Fairy liquid, tea towel, tea,coffee, sugar - fresh milk in the fridge. Ideal location on the High Street in Eton just a short walk over the river into Windsor. Jeremy provided detailed clear instructions for the self check-in/out. No toiletries other than handwashing but wouldn’t have expected it for self-catering. Hairdryer, iron and extension lead in wardrobe but lots of plugs so wouldn’t need it. No dressing table so take a stand-up mirror for hair/make-up.

Temperamental with noise each time temperature changed No complimentary items including shampoo just half full bath soak container and an empty pepper mill. A lovely clean apartment. A show house feel, nicely arranged kitchen and spacious bathroom, stylish lighting system throughout and a lovely soft carpet in bedroom. Great location. Easy to drive to and walkable to points of interest. Feeling was a bit hollow with lack of complimentary items like a map of the area, biscuits, shampoos Although excellent blackout blinds installed, still no hooks in corridor or a shoe tray. Gives the impression of wanting quick turnarounds and money making rather than focusing on customers comfort. Bedding felt cheap and with marks on cases. If returning to windosr we would consider staying again once some of the shared comments from guests have been address

The apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed - thank you for the milk :). The location was excellent and the secure parking perfect. We had a query regarding any height restrictions for the parking as we have a Mercedes Vito van - which was answered and I am pleased to advise we could park our Vito. The instructions were very thorough and very clear so we had no problems finding the apartment, the parking and getting in to the apartment. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again when visiting the area. Thank you. We wish we could have stayed longer.

There was nowhere to place toiletries etc. Some hooks on back of doors for coats would be good

• Anonymous (8/5): Would definitely stay here again upon my next trip to windosor - Very modern and amazing location The radiator in the bathroom didn’t turn off so it was very hot so we had to open the window this attracted so many bugs that just perched themselves on the ceiling. Not a big issue but other than that everting was superb

• Georgina (8/5): very nice apartment in a fantastic location. - very good location and very clean and tidy! unfortunately the sofa bed was rock solid and the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on and also no spare bedding but the double bed that the children slept in was comfortable and they were happy which is the most important.

Very well equipped apartment (though I could not find any cutlery?). Blackout blinds would have been great as there is quite alot of light from the street lighting right outside the windows.

• Roger (8/5): Overall it was good and we would stay again - Excellent location for visiting Windsor and the surrounding area. Being able to park safely was a big plus. The area was generally quiet at night. Purely as a constructive criticism, it would have been helpful to have some notes regarding the use of the heating system The thermostat controls were kept under the boiler out of view and led to a couple of cold days until we discovered them. We did not like to bother the owner as it was Christmas. In addition the radiators need bleeding bearing in mind the noise they make when they do come on. Basin plug does not fit and the loo seat is wonky.
