We were so pleased with everything - nothing was a challenge or a frustration.
• Marisa (9/5): perfect stay very comfortable and the host was very friendly and helpful. - the location of the property was perfect it was central but in a quieter area. we had all the facilities we needed such as pans, kettle, moka. the walls were quite thin so we heard people staying in other flats so at night it was quite creepy as it felt as if the noises were coming from our flat.
• Danielle (8/5): Good - Nice accommodation in a very good location! It’s very clean and well equipped! Only downside is that you need to use an app to enter so you need to be tech savvy and the signal doesn’t work in the hallways so you have to load the app outside the building and then use it for the 3 gateways inside the building! On booking.com it states that all taxes are included but when we got there we got a surprise request for a €58 city tax payment for a 5 day stay which would have been fine if it stated that before booking there.

There is an elevator. Great location, walk to the Piazza Maggiore takes 10 minutes. Near is supermarket. The owner Riccardo was very friendly, helpful and responded promptly to our inquiries. Nothing
• Imola (10/5): Highly recommend, loved the location, apartament and host. - It was perfect to explore the city center and get around to and from the train station for any day trips. Rik was an amazing host, answering any questions we had, sending us a full list of great places to eat out. Furthermore, we had everything we needed to be able to cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, we had the pleasant surprise to find water, milk for our coffee and even sweets as a welcome gift. We had an amazing time and most probably we will be back for our next Bologna trip.
• Olimpia (9/5): Good value for money - The location is great, very close to the two towers In an old building , no noise from the street. Good communication with the owner. Easy access in the building by means of a phone application . No view, no terrace , you feel quite isolated because of the blinders to the windows .
