• petra (10/5): Cozy quiet with a view - Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet zum Wohlfühlen. Very cozy and appealing Studio. Parking in front of the building and beautiful view from the balcony. Very quiet area no traffic.

We had a car so no problem but need transport to get to city and restaurants etc - check buses etc before booking

• Julia (10/5): - Lovely new apartment, very tidy and comfortable. Host left us some wee treats and fruit on arrival which was wonderful. Check in was very easy with great information and photos showing us where to go. Washer dryer a real help, lots of space for storage. The only downside would be, since we were in Iceland during the peak of summer it's very light, the roller blinds weren't great at keeping the apartment dark,.
• Eva (10/5): Fantastische eerste 3 dagen IJsland gehad mede door dit fijne verblijf. - Erg fijne accommodatie, van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon en netjes en heel lief gevulde schaal met lekkers op tafel. Goede ligging om naar verschillende plekken te gaan rondom Reykjavik. De host was heel vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar en fijn in contact. Ook kan je voor alles bij hun terecht! -

• Rita (10/5): Very very enjoyable! Thank you Martina and Paul - Beautifully designed apartment. Very comfortable. Felt very welcome with fruit and chocolate and all the basics and more. It was also nice we could leave our left overs behind (wine) We could even use the washing machine and dryer. Like everywhere else in Iceland we were very warm at night even with the windows open and the heating off. But that could be an age thing 😉 And you can change the bedding yourself so do not let that stop you from hiring this apartment

• Felicity (9/5): A welcoming place to return to after long days exploring the city. - Calm setting, comfortable bed, relaxing atmosphere, lots of little extras such as milk, bananas, chocolate… also dishwasher tablets were provided - unlike many places. Good parking. A reasonable supermarket not far away. Very handy for the Secret Lagoon - which was wonderful, by the way ! Height of hanging rail (and hangers) made it impossible for me to access it - even with the footstool provided ! (Woman 1.6m in height). Also a full length mirror would have been appreciated. And finally - though not major for a couple - there was a very minimal supply of cutlery and crockery with quite a few of the plates being badly chipped.

The house was very clean, nice decorated and suited just near the sky lagoon. The road to the accommodation was easy to find. The communication about the key was clear, but a little difficult to do because we were tired.

• Richard (7/5): Generally ok but several others commented on the lack of a kettle so at this price you would think it would be fixed by - Well appointed apart from no kettle! Quiet location with good restaurant close by. Modern fittings and nice to have washer/drier available. Nice selection of tea bags. Wrong lock box number sent to us, and no initial response. No electric kettle. No block out curtains for Iceland’s long summer days. Cluttered with two chairs too many. Only mirror in bathroom.
• Dawn (10/5): A lovely resting place for our local adventures - Full studio apartment with washer dryer which came in handy. Very clean, plenty of storage. Hosts were very responsive. 2 minute drive from sky lagoon which was wonderful We had no problem since we drove but if you don't have a car you will need to take the bus into town so if you're time is limited that could be an issue

• Ryne (10/5): Highly recommend giving this place a try if staying in and around Reykjavík, you won’t be disappointed! - This was one of the nicest properties I’ve stayed in while traveling. We were looking for a place close to Reykjavík but not in the city center and this place was perfect! There is a washer and dryer which was a huge plus for us. The shower was very nice. Driving to city center depending on traffic was only 10-15 minutes. This property is also very close to Sky Lagoon which is very lagoon to check out to spend a few hours and relax. The host was amazing and left us snacks to enjoy and couldn’t be anymore pleased with the stay. Way better than any hotel room! Will definitely stay here again. No issues
