• Hev91 (10/5): Great location, stunning apartment, good value! - Location was fabulous. The facilities in the apartment were great, felt like a home from home. The concierge was so lovely and helpful. Instructions were clear and the apartment was spotless. Being picky here, but the shower gels were empty and a few things needed fixing. Also a hamper might've been a welcome addition (for an extra charge) just so you don't have to rush up to the Tesco to get the essentials after a long journey.
• Lyla (9/5): The perfect city centre luxury accommodation. - The location could not have been better. It was only a 6 minute walk to Clifford’s Tower and the Castle Museum. The flat was clean, spacious and bright. The lifts were excellent. Lots of eating options very close by. Would definitely recommend. Unfortunately there was no view.

• Ng (9/5): Superb - The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. One just feels good in it. It is also very well designed. Little features such as shower knobs on the opposite end of the wall so that the rain shower doesn't rain down on you while adjust the shower heat makes so much sense. Altogether a lovely stay. The only issue we had was that the washer in our apartment didn't work. But thankfully we were allowed to use one in another apartment.

• Anne (10/5): We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more the property had everything you could wish for - We were self catering, the location was excellent. The apartment had everything you would wish for. Ideal Perhaps our own faults but could have done with knowing how to turn the heating down in the bedrooms. Not a big issue thou. Shame the parking is so expensive, although this time we didn't need it, but on a future stay we would so this would make it expensive.

• Paul (10/5): Would definitely stay here again, and completely recommend this property - Property as described, very clean , good location, excellent concierge , no noise , disruption from adjacent apartments , well maintained apartment block,Communication from agent / host spot on all through booking to location of keys , door codes etc . could not fault this place and the staff behind the scenes - have stayed in York many times over the years this is one of the best we have stayed in York and I don’t travel cheap on my travels - Nothing

Love the lighting in the bathrooms and toilets on the timer so it doesn’t wake people up in the night. Everything has been so well thought about. Good kitchen facilities. Clean bedding and towels.

• Chris (10/5): Great apartment in a great location in a lovely city. - Excellent instructions and welcome information prior to arrival were really helpful. The concierge in the building also provided guidance when we arrived. The apartment is well-decorated and clean. It has everything you need. Importantly it is a short walk to everything York has to offer and about 10-15 walk to the train station. Nothing

I was surprised upon arrival on the property, I thought it will be away from the town but wow! Easy access on everything. From the host to the receptionist I can’t fault the hospitality, very friendly atmosphere. The accommodation itself is a winner 🥰🥰 None

Some notes: The PIR lights in the bathrooms and the common areas switched off every 8secs, which was quite annoying! The balcony glass and windows were dirty. (A shame the only view was of the car park. )
• Morag (8/5): Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend. - Excellent location. Modern facilities and decor. While cost of parking seems pricey at first, it's actually on a par with local public car parks and at least you don't have so far to walk and your car is safe. It was a bit like Fort Knox to get into the apartment and retrieve the parking permit but that's a reflection on the security in the building, which is a positive. There wasn't a scrap of information in the apartment with numbers for local emergency services, ie dentist, doctor etc, no details about how to dispose of rubbish/recycling and no instructions for using appliances. As a result, we weren't able to use the washing machine as after choosing a programme, the start button didn't work. I tried calling the number provided on the texts from Allure but they were unable to help. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the dishwasher due to the awful smell from it when you opened the door.

This is a fantastic apartment in a good area & close to everything. - apartment was fantastic & spacious ,very clean , decor lovely ,had hairdryers 2 bathrooms & a toilet separate . kitchen with everything you needed. good area close to everything. very nice !!! Angela at reception was brilliant . no television in bedrooms. The underfloor heating awkward to work so cold on first night. would much prefer a wall heater. Parking £15 a day.

Attention to detail, lovely fluffy towels, nice products, cosiest bedding, ultimate comfort! Spacious rooms, clean! Great location! Hosts very communicative and professional providing all info needed for stay and parking. 11 out of 10 Underfloor heating can feel a bit stuffy/ warm in the night. Not sure we mastered how to adjust it. Excellent tower fans provided however so we just used those which helped or open window.
• Briedi (10/5): Amazing property in York - Amazing property, well worth the money, didn't know what to expect for £200 a night but it didn't disappoint, everything was new and kept to a very high standard Really clean, had everything you need for a short stay Netflix was a plus for the kids, beds were super comfy also Couldn't fault the property itself, just please note parking is limited but plenty parking around within 5-10minutes
