• Rik (10/5): dik in orde - Perfect en ruim appartement nabij het Centrum. Met de fietsen van aanbieder Beryl kan je goed een tochtje maken. Eigen parkeerplaats. Allemaal verschillende eettentjes in de straat. Even een keer tussen de kussens op de bank stofzuigen kan geen kwaad. En een gebruiksaanwijzing van de oven was handig geweest.

Nice suburban area close to shops and eateries .secure car parking En-suite shower doors had been replaced with curtain and shower head wasn’t very powerful.

В очень доброжелательной форме ответил на все вопросы. Сами апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое и не только. Парковка на 0 этаже - отдельная радость.Вся семья довольна. Если будем приезжать в Белфаст ещё, с удовольствием бы остановились в этих апартаментах ещё раз.

• Om (8/5): Nice apartment sleeps 5 - Spacious , clean , very nice flat & bathrooms . Comfortable beds. Has all the basics needed upon arrival. Tea & coffee were kindly supplied .Kitchen was fully functional. Handy next door to café that opened early enough Sunday morning. Handy for the Ormeau Park. Landlord was extremely accomadating / helpful in all fairness when we needed any help . Damp/mouldy odour upon entry which took away from what otherwise would have been a 10 rating..also finding of the key 🔑 lock box was tricky. I was lucky to have a helper with me. Had I been on my own I would have found parking in a place I didn't know and having to search for key location difficult..Code didn't work at first for lock box but that was sorted. Landlord very helpful indeed and also videos. If key was in a better location I would give top stars . Allow extra time for finding the lockbox if you're not familiar with the area and where to park until one has access to indoor car park. (Fob required for car park which is located in the flat which of course requires 🔑 key). Couldn't figure out how to turn on heat but didnt need it in summer. I would go back again because now I know what to expect and it would be so much quicker next time . The flat is all good other than those issues. Photo is of lock box

• Deirdre (9/5): Lovely apartment in great location and very comfortable. Thank you - Location was excellent, 30min walk to city centre. Lovely apartment with all the facilities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. The shower curtain in the ensuite bathroom wasn’t 100% effective in preventing water splashing into bathroom floor. The toaster in kitchen set off the smoke alarm a few times even though the toast wasn’t burning. Also the location of the lock box with the key was a bit unsettling on first impressions. Other than that it was all good.
• Brian (7/5): Good - A warm, spacious and cosy apartment in a nice area. Comfortable beds. Shops, buses, park all close by. Staff very responsive. However... it could be greatly improved with a bit of tlc.. Key kept in a very odd and grubby place. Advertised as luxury yet the oven door would not close, and no oven gloves or tea towel were provided. A bedside lamp was broken, with sharp edges. A mop, bucket and brush were left in the lounge. The ensuite shower was out of use (we had been forewarned), the ensuite toilet seat was almost hanging off and there was no stopper in the sink plughole. All a bit disappointing as advertised as a luxury apartment.

Staff were great at keeping in touch asking if we needed anything etc. shops and cafes right next to us We were a bit worried about the noise tracking decibel level that was installed as 5 excited women can get a bit loud however no issues at all

• Frank (3/5): Poor - The building was interesting. This is not a luxury apartment. Furnishings were tasteless and shabby. We found a lot of dirt under the beds. The electrical switches were mostly covered with tape to prevent use and most did not work. Curtains did not fit the windows and the apartment was rather depressing. We stayed for 3 nights and moved on to a luxury well appointed apartment in Marbella which was half the price but three times as good. Sadly we could not recommend this apartment to anybody.
• Rukman (9/5): Homely, modern, great location; would definitely stay again and recommend for families. - - Location: 10mins drive to city centre, Titanic Belfast and airport, Tesco next door, park opposite, residential area - Apartment: generally clean and modern, super homely, very comfortable beds - Host: very responsive and helpful - Board games provided which we happily used as a family - Parking: dedicated spot, in the building garage. Definite plus. - Main thing we would have liked improved is the location of the lockbox for the keys - while the directions were clear (especially after some brief clarification), we would prefer it to be in a cleaner and more accessible area closer to (or preferably) inside the building itself. Alternatively if the host had someone at hand to deliver the keys. This would not in any way stop us staying again. - Small consideration - the oven door did not shut completely so we had to ensure it was propped shut when used - we did not need the oven much and I'm sure this is a quick fix. - Some surfaces were a little dusty (lamp shades, windows etc.). Hopefully another easy fix.

I would highly recommend it. - This property was superbly maintained and had absolutely everything needed for a solo or family trip. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and all modern cons. Excellent location and secure parking. I will definitely try to book this property for any future visits. Nothing at all.

• Debbie (10/5): Would highly recommend and would love to return. - This was a beautiful apartment equipped with everything we needed. The area had a wide variety of places to eat and drink and was in easy walking distance to the city centre.
• Emer (9/5): Superb - Location was good, parking provided. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and utensils. The beds we're comfortable. Overall the apartment was great. Too many air freshners all over the apartment irritated our sinuses, I think to cover up a damp smell that I got when we removed them. The lock box for the keys was a little tricky to find even with the picture guide.

It's located in a lovely area with plenty of places to eat, a park with playground is located across the road for kids, there are plenty of supermarkets and off street parking also. It's close to the centre of Belfast, it's about a 20 min walk but there were plenty of buses at our doorstep if we wanted to use them also. The host, Joe, gave very clear instructions with pictures to make checking in and checking out stress free. We really enjoyed our stay with our two young kids and would highly recommend it to anyone. There was nothing we didn't like, beautiful apartment with everything we needed.

• Drucillar (9/5): Really great place and wonderful responsive owner - Beautiful comfortable apartment with all amenities on your door step , super well thought out and a home away from home plus quiet compared it is on main road . Staff very responsive and clear about everything WiFi is sporadic and a minor issue was bed sheets were not as soft , I would suggest hotel style bed sheets for such a beautiful place . As the beds themselves are super comfortable and deserve sheets that are great as this great place

Lots of new restaurants and bars popping up nearby and a short distance from Queen’s Uni and city centre. Everything was great.

• Nick (9/5): Great apartment, very well located for a weekend trip to Belfast. - The apartment was very clean, well-located. The key collection was easy. Very relaxing environment The wifi was a little slow, averaging around 5mb/s. That's the only slight issue we had.

Great location and lots of lovely little touches around the whole apartment, made us feel very much at home. The host, Joe is very amenable and was super helpful. We will definitely stay again. Thank you. There really isn't anything we didn't like and I wouldn't even mention this if it wasn't for the fact that I believe honesty is the best policy so.... the only thing that felt uncomfortable for us was the key collection. It's not a major thing and Joe explained the reason for it but if this can be made less awkward I think people will feel less awkward when collecting the key.

• Ziqing (10/5): Lovely and perfect place to stay - We were surprised and satisfied when the first day arrived, the flat looks new and clean, the decoration is elegantly, and the location is so convenient, close to the city center and there were wine store and Tesco downstairs. It also provide free car parking, and the facility and daily necessities in the flat is more than enough, It helped me to create a lovely and cozy memory with my family when we need an accommodation to visit my brother who study in queen university. We would definitely chose this flat again when we next time come to visit. To be honest, nothing at all so far😊 we feel so welcomed in it.

• Kieran (10/5): Thank you so much Joe for a fantastic last minute stay - We managed to book this stunning apartment after we had arrived at what can easily be described as uninhabitable accommodation in Belfast and knew we just couldn’t stay there. Joe hosted us last minute and was really flexible, he arrived to ensure that all the facilities were in place for a comfortable stay and was a really friendly and top guy! It was a brand new apartment, recently renovated to a high quality finish. The apartment is very large with 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 people. It had everything we needed but most of all it was spotlessly clean which was the total opposite of the previous accommodation and as such we felt so comfortable there! We were also impressed by the little touches such as supply of deodorants, boxes of cereal, and supply of water and crisps for us. Little things like that make such a difference and nothing seems to much for Joe! Joe is also an Uber driver and kindly offered to take us around if needed! It really is a fantastic apartment and you won’t be disappointed booking it! Massive thank you again to Joe for hosting the 4 of us last minute :) Nothing to say here!
