• Dijana (9/5): Great stay, I would recommend! - The owners let us have an early check in and even leave our luggage in the morning. It was all very nice. Lack of towels provided (even as there is a washing machine) - we stayed for a week, so one towel per person is definitely not enough.

• Jol (9/5): lovely clean apartment - the apartment is located in a courtyard so no traffic next to a big supermarket and bus stop to the city centre and 5minutes walk to bus stop to the airport,it’s a very clean apartment with everything you need a great shower and a tiny patio for hot summer days it’s on the ground floor which is nice but you hear the front door and people talking in the corridor but quiet between 10pm and8am

• Emma (8/5): Convenient and good value Spanish property - Safe area, very close to convenient supermarket. Good fridge and cooking facilities with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff who let us stay on before our evening flight. Easy walk into centre. Good tv. Shower was good but only had hot water for one. This needs a higher setting. Pillows are low quality and meant a poor sleep, although mattress was fine.

• Elena (9/5): Nice apartment and quite neighbourhood - The apartment was exceptionally well equipped, comfortable, and spotless. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. A real highlight was the patio—we enjoyed the beautiful weather there every day. There’s also a large supermarket right next to the main entrance, and several great bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
• Olga (10/5): - Patika pilnīgi viss! Dzīvoklī ir pilnīgi viss nepieciešamais un pat vairāk! Ir maza, jauka terasīte! Jauka, klusa lokācija. Blakus veikals un augļu bodīte. Nedaudz nost no centra, kas ir pluss, jo brīvdienās viss centrs iziet ielās. Patika ļoti! Iesaku! 11 no 10.

• Viktoriia (9/5): - The apartment looks like the picture. I came with my dad, so there was more than enough space for the two of us. The location is good, and the atmosphere in the house is pleasant. When we arrived, we received two sets of keys for the apartment. If you don't speak English, they will be happy to communicate with you in Polish. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a surprise of dry red wine and cupcakes, which was a very pleasant touch. It felt like being at home. I highly recommend it! The air conditioner was not working very well, so my dad decided to clean it. After that, the air conditioner actually started working properly. Therefore, I recommend asking at the beginning of your stay if the air conditioner has been cleaned, so that you don't have to do it yourself during your vacation.
• Ivona (9/5): Exceptional and lovely week getaway, planning on coming back. 👍 - Amazing location, loved the ‘walkies’ to the beach and downtown. Clean and easy accessible. Hosts are particularly helpful and friendly. Not the property’s fault, but we have experienced several times some noisy neighbors during the late night hours, especially from the apartment above.
• Annie (10/5): - Lovely apartment that is perfectly equiped (kitchen supplies and even a washing maschine). The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great with a bus stop 2 min away. Even though its a lively neighboorhood with cafes and a supermarket near by it was very quiet! All in all a 10!

• Bethany (9/5): Fantastic apartment - The apartment was very modern, well decorated, clean and well appointed. Some handy shops/bars and restaurants nearby. Good communication from the hosts. Thank you ! (Carnal burgers a few minutes walk away are delicious!!) Could do with adding a couple of tea towels to the kitchen for drying dishes if you don't want to use the dishwasher. Might also be helpful to have a guest guidebook with key info about bus stops/airport transfers/ nearby recommendations. Although these things are available online it's often nice to have suggestions from local people! Very warm in the bedrooms as the only air conditioning unit is in the main living space. Some noises from apartments adjacent but it is a residential area so to be expected.
• Sergiu (10/5): Un apartament perfect pentru vacanță. - Apartamentul este foarte curat și bine echipat – găsești tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Gazdele au fost deosebit de amabile, iar comunicarea a fost excelentă. Am ajuns mai devreme decât ora programată, am putut lăsa bagajele și ne-am întors după ce am fost anunțați că apartamentul este gata pentru cazare. Totul a corespuns descrierii din poze – poate chiar a depășit așteptările. Îl recomand cu toată încrederea!

• Ielyzaveta (10/5): cozy, comfortable and convenient - We really enjoyes our stay at this place. The apartment was super clean and cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (even beach umbrella and beach toys for little ones! :) The kitchen is very well equipped and the place is pretty quiet. It is situated right by the supermarket and fruit shop. The host was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend staying at La Papaya!

• Sara (9/5): Nice stay for four in Alicante - Nice apartment for a short stay in Alicante, with a supermarket around the corner and all the amenities needed. Lovely hosts and the smooth check-in. Little inconvenience - the drain in the shower was a bit clogged, so the water was draining very slowly.
• Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Great communication with host, nice and clean apartment with modern Scandinavian design. The apartment is also quiet with good wifi. There are parking slots on street but pretty hard to get.
• Mikk (10/5): Best place to stay and have a home office - Location, space and the owners. A little complicated to find parking but otherwise great!
• Judita (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment has everything you might need during your stay, from a toaster to a needle. In a walkable distance to an oldtown and a 7min walk to a C6 bus stop to/from an airport. The only disadvantage that an apartment is on a ground floor so it is quite dark (probably more of an advantage during hot summer days) and also you could hear the slamming of a hallway front door.
• Limlim (10/5): The perfect place for a holiday - The apartment had absolutely everything for living and even everything you need for a beach holiday. Excellent apartment and host! Grocery store is a minute's walk away, all stops are within walking distance. You can get there from the airport by bus. The host provided all the necessary instructions. Nothing to complain about! Nothing. Everything was excellent!

• Yves (10/5): a lovely two bedroom appartement with a private patio - Great location just a few blocks from the city center in a quiet area within a residential building block. Mariusz showed us his cousin's two bedroom flat which is very pretty furnished and looks even better than on the fotos! Everything was clean and working, we really enjoyed our 3 days stay here. nothing

The rooms are spacious, the place is immaculate and and a very convenient location within walking distance is everything. We will most definitely be booking this apartment again! Absolutely nothing!

Not only were there 2 sets of towels for everyone but there also all bathroom and kitchen necessities that you could think of. Even a Netflix account was provided. • Andreea-dana (10/5): Best apartment I ever stayed in and exactly as described - The apartment was really nice and was even nicer then in pictures from the site, was the nicer apartment I stayed so far and it was situated really close to centre of Alicante, only 20 min walking away. The beach was also close either by bus 15 min or walking around 25-30 min, I really liked walking to the beach or centre esprit the evening. I really enjoyed my stay at La Papaya and would definitely return there if I will ever visit Alicante again. And the host was friendly and helpful with everything. -
