• Victoria (5/5): Well presented property, comfortable inside. Could do with a good clean. - The property was well presented, rooms are a good size, beds comfortable. The property would benefit from a really good clean, the oven was filthy, shower surround green and slimly, black mould on the tiles. Radiator temperature dials didn’t work in some of the bedrooms. Door handle to one bedroom wasn’t fitted and came off as we tried to close the door. Shed door has no lock so kept opening, smashed bottle on the floor which was a hazard for the dog. No sink bowl or plug in the kitchen which made washing up difficult.

• Lydia (1/5): Would never stay there again. - Beds were clean and comfortable. Booked this house because the reviews were really good! But- Floors were dirty as well as all skirting boards. Hundreds of dog hairs all over the place. Dishes and cutlery still had old food stuck to them. On our last night, 3 male individuals walked into the house at 2.30am! They had the house booked for the next day and arrived early in the middle of the night. It's unacceptable that they had received the same code as us to get into the property before their allowed check in time about 14 hours later. We were worried and couldn't go back to sleep after that. Terrible experience. No refund was issued just an apology. I assume the code for the house is still the same now and anyone who stayed before can get in there anytime they like.
• Aiysha (8/5): Overall it was a lovely time, will book again if needed - It was a nice modern interior, lovely facilities. Only downside is that it could have been cleaned more, didn’t look like the hoover was done and it was dusty
• Bushby (8/5): Family trip - Nice clean, tidy plenty of room. Over all would definitely stay again. I think there should be stuff so you can clean up after yourself and maybe hairdryer and spare sheets for beds etc. But over all was good
• Jamie (10/5): Great house, booking to check in fast and efficient - Really nice house, it had everything I could of needed,I have stayed here a few times recently and definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.
• Paul (10/5): Clean, tidy did exactly what it said on the tin, we were visiting family in the area and worked as a great base would st - Property was as described, had everything we needed communication with host was quick and helpful. Had couple of very small maintenance issues which can be expected, informed the host didn't impact on our stay at all

• Tarnia (9/5): Lovely weekend stay - everything we needed supplied, very clean - Clean, elegant, well stocked with toiletries, Linen, towels Cleaning equipment etc so we didn’t have to take with us.
• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean and comfortable you got free coffee and tea and some biscuits (and other necessities) which was nice
• Robin (9/5): Well presented had everything we needed - Clean practical with plenty of space A little untidy outside when we first arrived. gardener did arrive and tidy up later in the week. but still room for improvement
• Emilymull01 (10/5): Externally was poor but internal was really good and clean - Internally it was really nice and clean First impressions when we stopped outside were bad, front garden was very unkept with grass at knee height, rear entrance was obstructed with smelly wheelie bins and discarded food waste on the ground .
