Room was clean Tv did not work We were charged €25 as we arrived after 9pm, and didnt even have a bottle of water in the room. We only had 2 coffee pods. We also wished to have more towels for the whole stay.

• Eirini K (10/5): Perfect location and a comfortable stay with everything we needed - The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the Duomo, close to the metro, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with air conditioning that was a lifesaver in Milan’s summer heat. It had everything we needed, all at a very reasonable price. We'd definitely stay here again!
• Barkin Unlu (10/5): - We would like to extend our sincere thanks to both Samuel, who handed us the keys at check-in, and to the "check in check out facile srl" company. After checking out, we realized we had left our AirPods in the room. Thankfully, the company kept them safe for us and returned them three days later. The location of the apartment is very close to the metro, although it is not in an extremely central location, of course. Overall, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the interior design, and our host. We would recommend it to couples. Thanks again for everything!

• David (7/5): Overpriced - Very convenient to the Metro. We like to walk so it was a comfortable half hour walk to almost all of the major sights. Appreciated the Nespresso machine and a good quantity of pods available. Lorenzo who checked us in was easily reachable via WhatsAp and was there when he said he would be. Nice touch with the iron. For what was offered we found this a little on the expensive side. Although the bedroom was quite large with a kitchen table and chairs located in the same room, there really wasn't anywhere else to sit. There is no kitchen per se. There was a microwave so you could warm up food, as well as a fridge. They kindly had two bottles of water in the fridge but they were frozen solid. There is no kitchen sink and you are requested to wash your dishes when you depart. Your only option is in the bathroom sink. For what you are paying I think they should do this themselves. Whoever did them before us did a lousy job as they weren't very clean. The shower was an engineering marvel in a not so large bathroom. Once you figured out how to get into it, it was fine. The biggest disappointment was previous clients having mentioned being given a coupon for some free Gelato downstairs. No such luck for us. Too bad.
• Oliwia (8/5): Was close to perfect. - Perfect localistation, good part of Milan, no problems with anything, very clean and very good support. Good utilities like towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. Fridge was kinda broken and there was no utilities for cooking, only basic stuff.

Perfect for a couple! Shower cubicle was a little narrow, and blinds weren't super light-tight. Neither was a big deal.

• Olga (10/5): Unforgettably! - Transport accessibility: Pagano metro station, Cadorna train station. Cozy, warm and clean. Minimalistic and at the same time thoughtful interior. A sufficient minimum of dishes and plenty of coffee. Not very convenient to wash dishes in the bathroom. It's scary to break glasses! :)

• Magdalena (10/5): The perfect place to stay while exploring Milano - This tiny apartment was perfect for our stay in Milano. First of all, the communication with the host was great and they even left us 2 vouchers for gelato (there's a gelateria right under the apartment). That was very nice of them, thank you! When it comes to the facilities, the bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is very small but sufficient and the kitchenette corner was better than we expected - besides the kettle, microwave and small fridge for our water bottles, there was also a Nespresso machine with capsules, sugar and teabags, and also cups and plates and cutlery! The tiny clothes iron was a big plus too. The place was clean, bright and I really liked the beautiful green stone floors. The best thing about this apartment was the location. It is a 7min walk to Cenacolo Vinciano (The Last Supper) and if you're willing to walk (the buildings in Milano are so beautiful you won't regret it), you can pretty much walk to the city center to Duomo or the Parco Sempione with Castello Sforzesco (it took us about 30min of slow walking). We enjoyed the walks and planed our route so we visited as many churches, monuments and museums as possible, and trust me, there is a lot to see in Milano! If you prefer faster means of transportation than walking, you can find a metro station (Pagano) just a few minutes from the apartment or there are city bikes in front of the apartment. The walls are quite thin and you can clearly hear the neighbours sometimes. The windows are facing a busy intersection so you have to keep them shut to have a quiet night, but it's not really an issue as there's an AC.
• Iulia (9/5): Great for a city break. :) - The apartment was cozy and clean. The owner, Angelica, welcomed us with a little gift (two vouchers for gelato) and it was much appreciated. 😋 The location was great, you can take the subway which is near the apartment building or you can enjoy a 20 minutes walk to Piazza del Duomo.
