• Helen (8/5): Suited our needs for this trip - Location perfect for where we needed to be - near our son’s college, walkable distance to supermarket, station and centre of the city. Warm apartment equipped with good modern facilities. No noise heard through walls from neighbours. Powerful shower with plentiful hot water. Free parking was a mega bonus. Shampoo, conditioner, body/hand wash provided. Dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid provided. Hairdryer provided. The mattress could do with renewing - unsupportive, too bouncy with creaky springs. A little more attention to detail on cleanliness - not thoroughly vacuumed, corners of bathroom floor dusty and found some ‘bits’ and many black hairs (mainly long) on floors. Property bedroom window faces a noisy busy road of a morning.

Could have been a few more plates, cups etc to make use of dish washer. The location was hard to find. I drove thrre times the length of Ashley Rd. In future please give 'opposite Ford garage taking turning into Name of road' so that the number is in view. Having bed settee was good so that my grandson could stay the night. No instructions re TV, cooker, microwave which are all different from my own so had to spend considerable time sussing out how to use them.
• Ray (10/5): Comfortable stay in ideal location. - The high quality furnishings and facilities in the apartment. Easy access to the property.p Nothing.
• Paul (9/5): Modern Apartment with Parking - Fairly new apartment, very clean and spacious with all you need for a stay. Very quiet considering it's on quite a busy road. Easy check in and out instructions. Parking on site. A bit out of the centre so had to drive or taxi if I wanted to go out and have a drink. Couldn't work the TV, but it wasn't really important for me. Other than that, excellent.

• Sherri (7/5): Good - It was clean, new and had everything you needed for a few days stay. Bed was comfortable and heaters were good. Difficult to find lockbox but found it after 5 minutes of hunting for it. No hot water for 2 days. Daniel came to fix it and it worked after waiting several hours for the tank to heat up. Sound of the traffic was loud until midnight and then started up around 5am.
