Esther (1/5): Bad - They cancelled on me day of because the pricing on booking was lower than they expected and said I could either cancel or pay £600 more! The DAY OF while I was on my flight to London. I still have not received a refund nor have they been responsive to ANY of my outreach.

Rajat (1/5): Horrible stay and completely fake description mentioned by the host company - The entire description of this property is false The description mentioned about this property is false, this is Not a One bedroom and is a small studio with kitchen etc as part of the room and NO balcony. The pictures of the apartment on the booking site have been taken from such angles to falsely show That I is a one bedroom. And their is a pub just of the ground floor which means due to the noise it is impossible to rest between 7pm to 12 midnight. Most horrible stay that I have ever had on bookings.com
