Alexander (7/5): Good, but not great, place to stay. - The townhome was spacious. We enjoyed the room and the large kitchen area. It was nice to have laundry and a garage. The unit was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. Overall it was satisfactory, but multiple small issues prevented it from being a great stay. Lacking a garage door opener meant a walk around the complex every time the car was moved from the garage, which was the only parking option. The neighborhood was ok. There were some things that went wrong/broke during our stay, but nothing too bad. Overall, not a very well-maintained or supplied rental (I.e. only 4 forks for a unit that sleeps 6).

No remote for the garage, so you have to take your car out, go inside to close the garage, then enter through the main entrance. Bathrooms are not clean, and many of the lights are not working.
Nuda (5/5): just ok - it is a big house with 3 rooms and a garage. If I have more than 2 people the price will be very good. Highway traffic noise. House is very old and lack of maintenance. It is somewhat clean but not close to hotel standard.
