Muhamad (1/5): Total nightmare – avoid at all costs! - not at all This place was a complete shithole. The room was clearly not cleaned before I arrived — it looked like someone had trashed the home and left it behind. The whole place felt like a haunted house, with a strong smell of pee that hit me as soon as I walked in. It was honestly unsafe to stay in. I tried contacting the owner for help, but after 12am there was no response. I had no choice but to book another place at 2am just to have somewhere safe to sleep. The price might seem too good to be true — and it is. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Avoid this listing at all costs.

Spend a bit more and enjoy your trip stress-free! - The only positive things I experienced were the warm water in the shower and the good radiator in the room, which ensured a comfortable temperature. 1) Transparency about renovations: The property description should clearly mention that the building is under construction or renovation to manage guest expectations. 2) Unauthorized individuals, including workers, had access to Apartment 3 and used the bathrooms improperly, which we had to clean ourselves repeatedly. Also smoking near the bathroom window (next to the entrance of Apartment 3) caused unpleasant odors that spread to the floor, kitchen, bathrooms, and our Room 1. 3) Cleanliness: Bathrooms, kitchen, and the room were visibly dirty and also lacked mirrors.. Blankets and pillows provided were also unclean and uncomfortable. 4) Internet connectivity: Room 1 hadalmost no internet signal. To access the internet, we had to sit at the table near Rooms 6 and 7. 5) Check-in/out: The provided code for the key box was incorrect, leading to significant issues during check-in and check-out. Despite contacting the property via the given WhatsApp Chat on 28.11 and email, there was no response until now 10.12. Ultimately, I had to seek help from someone in the building.

Luka (1/5): never go there. if you don’t want to freeze. very bad and awfully experience. - i didn’t like anything. everything was awful. room was cold. we were sleeping with scarfs, glows, used our blankets from car, and almost use our coat to feel a little warm. there was no warm in the room, even a little. also there were no warm water. we used cold water. we thought maybe the water could make us warm, but no, we were freezing everywhere.

Alberto (8/5): Cheap, well located and quite comfortable. - The location is very good, next to a metro station close to the centre. The price is very good and the room and bed were very spacious. We didn't use the kitchen but it is very useful to have one and it seemed well equipped. Perhaps only one bathroom is not enough for the four rooms. The sheets available are not sufficient and not suitable for the sofas, which were not very clean.

But the biggest problem was the absurd amount of mold on the walls, it was so much that we had to open the window and leave the door open for hours while we waited in the kitchen. When it was possible to enter the room, we slept for a few hours, my wife started to have an allergic reaction and we left the accommodation before 3 am. The mold was reported to the host who, despite messages apologizing, made no effort to resolve the problem. He simply said he would resolve it and never returned. unjustifiable. If you intend to stay, know that you run the risk of paying and not being able to use it. noThere wasn't even toilet paper, but that wouldn't be a problem if the room was habitable. It's not worth it even if it's free

Much of what is advertised is not provided for. The landlord only offered “ late checkout “ as a redress for a property that people rent but can’t get refunds for. After expressing my discontent, the landlord contacted me to find out if I left. I was surprised and shared the reservation dates… Only to see his domestic banging angrily at my door to scare me . Please note that There is no living room, the rooms are small , there is no appropriate bedding,the draining system is poor in the bathroom and you have to step on dirty water when you exit it, the kitchen is close to another room and other tenants complain about the use of the kitchen due to the noise, the toilet and bathroom stink…My food was robbed several times by the cleaner in and out of the fridge. The landlord always had ridiculous explanations. I was assaulted by co tenants who banged at the walls and yelled while I was passing. The landlord told me that it was safe for me to stay and never offered a refund. Strangely, those people moved out after I threatened to call the police. The security measures are deceptive. Be very careful with this landlord. He texted me yesterday to ask me to write private feedback and not a negative review. I refuse ! I even wonder if he didn’t make up these stories to keep my “not refundable money “. The only way that people can make informed decisions is to raise awareness about the risks. Review are enforcement actions and incentives to improve. As a lawyer, I cannot support businesses that do not understand the requirements and ethics. I swore that I would serve justice ✌🏽 and that what I live for. If the landlord wants 05 stars, he needs to earn them . It takes work not complacency😎
Rumen (1/5): Disastrous - I specifically mentioned in the checkin form that I was going to arrive around 1:30 at night. I was given instructions how to enter the property and the room but the code that i was provided was not accurate and could not open the box with the key to the room. I called several times the property but no one picked up. As a result, I had to go to a hotel nearby and pay 100 EUR. People who manage such properties have to ensure somehow that guests can enter their rooms or have their phones on 24/7. Definitely a horrible experience!

Ellen (4/5): Good option if you want something affordable, and don't have very high living standards. - I liked that it had an ok equipped kitchen, while being placed right next to a grocery store. Friendly staff, and cheap accommodation with everything you need. Good placement right next to train station, stores and restaurants. Quiet at night. Area felt pretty safe. Free to use washing machines were great! Terrible bedsheets, was grateful I had brought my own to use. We ordered a room for 3, but the third person did not receive bedsheets, towel nor pillow. only blanket. Much smaller than expected. bathrooms and bedroom felt dirty/unclean. Internet did not work at all through our stay. Only had hot water 60% of the time. Lights in the bathroom didn't work for a while, but got fixed. Would have enjoyed the stay more if we were only 2 people, and the third guest actually received a made bed.

Claudia-beatrice (1/5): Disappointing - The staff was really friendly and helpful The cleaning was poor they just sprayed the sheets with a cleaing solution, the lighting didn’t work so we had pitch black on the entire stay, the room is extremely narrow and you can’t even fully open the window, the walls were very hearthrough and considering that is a shared apartment we can’t really blame the owners for the dirty bathroom but it was really disgusting, overall a really disappointing experience even for a price this cheep
