• Faisal (10/5): Amazing experience - Ambiance and team at the site are very co operative and friendly... the view of the ocean from the apartment is breathtaking and rooms are very comfortable.
• JComfort (8/5): - The hsekeeper is very proffessional, rooms clean and comfortable. Gives a home away from home feel... There was no drinking water, water is a basic need in the coastal region. or else inform guests to carry their own drinking water before check-in. The room is not a beachfront as the name suggests, but has access to the beach

• Cecilia (5/5): It was okay - Location The mattress was old slanting on one side and I got bites from the bed. The towels and linen were old and discolored. The kitchen was not well equipped. Some pits are really old and made of aluminum which is unhealthy. The knives were blunt.

• Maria (3/5): Shame! - The facility is beautiful, the beach too is nice and clean. The garden and pool areas and general outdoor is beautiful. The apartment I got was not well maintained. The sheets and bedding were supposed to be white but have discoloured they look dirty yellow, and the same goes for towels. They are really bad and frayed old looking. I asked that they change them, and the replacements were not any better, I woke up early the next day to find bedbugs had had a feast on me! HORROR! Tried to text/call the contact person I had been given, and only when she came did they involve the front office, who authorised fumigation. Note no room change, just a fast apology. Night 2 the lights went out in our apartment (only) and it took so long to fix (45 mins or more) only for the contact to ask me the following day whether we were sorted! Stayed for 4 nights we were 6 of us. 3 bedroom apt. They never once came to clean it or change sheets they came on our day of checking out!!🤨 Now the trash was not collected for the whole 4 nights and half of the check out day. At the restaurant they have a few rude servers, We had requested they drop the windbreaker cover as we had sat at very windy area of the dinning area the only place we found a table big enough for us, he hurriedly said no! Not an explanation.... I got bored! Oh and maybe a microwave would have been a good idea to have in the kitchen. It was a total hideous experience. I will insert pics 📸 in this....

• Stefan (7/5): Good - The owner (Gregory) has 2 apartments in the hotel complex which is very beautiful in all adpects. By arrival we were informed that there would be no power in the apartment because of some complications of payment between booking.com and the owner (which we found weird). So we stayed this first night in this room, the housekeeping woman was very nice and organized some flashlights. Next day we could move in the other apartment in 4th floor of same owner. This was much cleaner as the first one. A family who arrived next day also had to spend one night without any power. Same explanation. At least, the owner was reachable by phone and offered an extra night (without payment). As all the other rooms in the building had power it seemed to us as a special topic/problem of the owner. As we had paid (confirmed by booking.com) 2.5 months before the explanation „there is a problem with your payment because booking.com didn’t send me the money“ (same explanation to the group after us) a bit weak. But at least we had s good time there. The difference of cleanliness between the first ‚no power‘ apartment and the second was amazing (considering same owner). The complex Lantana itself: very recommended!
