Eduardo (8/5): Seguiremos llegando ahí cada viaje a Guadalajara. Es un lugar excelente - La comodidad de las camas inmejorable, muy limpio todo y excelente ubicación. Que al momento de nuestra llegada no teníamos aún la clave de acceso, y que el día de nuestra salida (antes de las 11:00am) fueron a tocarnos la puerta y decirnos que debimos salir desde un día antes, tuve que mostrarles la aplicación para que confirmaran que yo estaba en lo correcto. Sugerencia: mejorar la organización. Lo demás somos clientes frecuentes, nos gusta mucho.

Eduardo (8/5): Un lugar muy cómodo, deberían mejorar la comunicación y respuesta a peticiones o solicitudes. - La comodidad de las camas, lo amplio de la habitación, la limpieza y todos los servicios en áreas comunes. Que nunca nos dejaron las llaves y no podíamos cerrar la puerta con llave al salir o de noche y eso fué muy incómodo

Eduardo (9/5): Excelente pero hace calor. - Todo Excelente como siempre, somos huéspedes frecuentes ya que nos encanta en todos los sentidos. Solamente sugiero mejorar el ventilador, si pudieran poner clima sería lo mejor; ya que Guadalajara es muy caluroso. Lo demás excelente. La calidad del ventilador y que la puerta no cerraba por dentro, por lo que por la noche nos sentíamos un poco incómodos de que alguien pudiera equivocarse y abrir la puerta. Porque por seguridad no, es un lugar súper seguro y cómodo.
Grey Gómez (8/5): Excelente lugar, Pero deben pulir algunos detalles. - Las camas son inmejorables, súper cómodas al igual que las almohadas. La habitación amplia y con todo lo necesario. Será un lugar recurrente para nuestros viajes a Guadalajara. Super ubicación al lado de La Gran Plaza. No funcionaba el foco de la habitación #1, la televisión muy pequeña (Pero no la usamos) y al llegar el baño tenía un papel dentro y se veía que había sido usado. Sólo tener cuidado con esos detalles para mejorar.

I don’t recommend it at all - The room that was assigned to me was dirty, with a big bag of trash, the dirty towels on one of the night stands, the bed unmade and the sheets dirty, the bathroom was dirty as well. The responsible person wanted to assign me a different bedroom but after that disgusting first experience I simply wanted to get out of there. I didn’t stay in that establishment, I had to book somewhere else. I entered a complaint via Booking and the only response that they received after days from the establishment was that “the room was delivered in perfect conditions”. I tried to contact the responsible several times to ask him to reply to the emails from the Booking customer service, but he literally blocked my phone number. I had to call from a different number and only that way he picked up the phone, and said that he didn’t accept the complaint and that he didn’t accept to make a reimbursement. Overall it was a terrible experience
